Emma is a lovely host and her house feels like your house. All what you need to prepare your meals is available, as well as salt, sugar, oil ... the room was very spacious, bright, and the bathroom huge and very practical. The house is in a quiet area but just 2 blocks away from the very center of Pucón. Beautiful view from Villarrica vulcano from her street.

First, Ema - the owner, so amazing, kind, helpful and so positive attitude. The location is one of the best, like 3 minutes walking to all bus terminals, city centre and so on. Super clean room, common kitchen enable to cook as much as you want and so on. Super recommended...

Exceptionally friendly and helpful host

The hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived quite late at night, but were treated excellently. We were even offered tea and coffee. We booked a room that said "shared bathroom" but we were put in an ensuite. We only stayed one night, but we were very comfortable here and it was in a good location.

It would be nice if they offered breakfast, but you do have access to the kitchen if you want to make your own. I don't think the property has wifi as I didn't see any available networks. However, we were only there one night so it's possible they do have wifi and it was off.
