The location is the key here! Snooker table and bar is a good option to spend some time.

Parking is a hassle, you get calls from the hotel to move your car so that other can park move their car from the bay behind your car same is applied if you are parked in the other bays. There is no escalator from ground floor to first floor. The rooms have no AC and are extremely hot during summers.

Breakfast was poor

Our room bed was at an angle and creaking noise from upstairs was disturbing

The lady running the front desk was exceptionally wonderful. She was friendly and fun. Definitely made me want to return to the hotel.

The pool was cold needs to be warmer.

Special mention for Vicky at reception when we booked in who was extremely helpful and friendly. Also Olivia on bar duty who also was great.

Swimming pool and other facilities in the hotel was fine, location was okey. Overall, we liked the trip to be worthwhile. Most of the hotel facilities seems in functional. Some staffs were nice and welcoming. Exchanged lovely conversations with our children.

When ordering at Booking.com I have received weirdly bossy message from Vicky, inappropriately rude I thought. During the stay other staffs were nice, but Vicky does not seem to be happy serve. My bedside lamp was not working, she did not like that news at all and complained she is busy handling 3 other calls. I found it is not realistic she has it that much busy in this late. Restaurant was empty, everywhere was quite. When hotel is almost empty and only with 25% bookings, she should treat the existing guests nicely. After a very uncomfortable discussions convincing her to do the job, she reluctantly send someone to fix it. There was no air conditioning in the room. I could not sleep as opening windows will invite noisy street talks at night, I felt sweaty hot and stuffed.
