The Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable. The location excellent and central to all the restaurants. The view from the verandah over the Quay stunning.
A Coffee Bodem would be welcome

Everything went as smooth as one could expect with an awesome view and beautiful apartment. Wi-Fi and TV were sorted when loadshedding kicked in.

Lovely location and we enjoyed the apartment
The lack of communication as to how to get into the apartment. It was a trial and error with us eventually getting assistance from a cleaner through the fence who suggested we go to a shop in the waterfront. We went to a few before a shop assistant from another shop told us where to go.

location was perfect easy walking distance to restaurants. apartment was well equipped with gas hob, inverter for WIFI and TV and battery LED lights for load shedding, although in the 4 nights we were there we had no actual load shedding in the evening.

outlook from unit 13 was magnificent.
stairs from parking to apartment 2 flights, which for older disabled person in our party was quite difficult.
hot water was dangerously hot.

Beautifully furnished, modern apartment with basement parking. Good security. Within the Knysna Waterfront, next to popular 34*South restaurant. DSTV, Netflix & good wifi stays on during loadshedding. Kitchen well equipt with water & milk in the fridge. Nice, sunny balcony with a sofa & braai.
Would suggest rechargable light bulbs for the bathroom & bedside table lamps, to use during loadshedding.

couldn’t be any nearer to restaurants and the waterfront. underground parking provided. spacious apartment equipped with everything needed

Easy and clear directions. Availability.
Assistance was rather rude because we were 10 minutes early! We were told that the rooms were NOT ready (only 10 minutes before arrival time). We still had to get there which would take 15-20 minutes anyway. Then when we did arrive (14h20), the towels were still in the dryer and the room was very hot from the dryer being on.

The apartment is beautiful and the views are amazing. The building is private and the car park is secure. We felt this was really comfy and there was everything we could need for a relaxing stay. It was right in the marina and there was easy access to the boardwalk resturants and bars.
The check in was confusing as the shop you have to find to get the keys isn't numbered clearly and it's not apparent as a tour/travel shop. I think it was a shoe shop or something - I was quite tired by this point!

The location is obviously great, right by all the shops and restaurants,
The location also wasn't a great location!
This was because of the noise of the gate into the complex which opened and closed even if pedestrians used the other gate, 50m away to enter the complex, which meant it went all through the night. The noise was so loud it woke us every time and I'm a deep sleeper.
Also the noise of the toilet flushing and the shower above us was louder than the one in our apartment!
