Located in a splendid city, on the bank of a water canal. Large, welcoming, modern and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful person. Breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. We felt wonderful here. If I come to this area again, I will stay at this hotel for sure. Everything was perfect.

Fairly narrow, winding stairs to get to the upper floors. No possibility to change the height of the "normal" shower head.

Right in the middel of the historic old town, it doesn't get any beter. Breakfast was great: fresh, plenty of choices and goed Coffee and fresh Orange jus.

De leging was perfect

Room and bathroom were modern and very clean. In the centre of the village, close to many nice shops!

Fan instead of airco is not sufficient when outside temperature is 30+ degrees Celsius. No elevator, and no service offered to bring luggage to 2nd floor (= 4 stairs...). It felt like the hotel-guests are less important than the many visitors to the bar and restaurant.

Brilliant location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, well furnished and very clean. We had a large private terrace with our room. Parking was free and about a 5-10 minute walk away. The bar downstairs had a good selection of light snacks and was welcomed after a drive up from Calais. My only criticism was that I found the mattress so soft.

Prompt check-in at arrival with beautiful cosy room at the front side of the hotel overlooking the canal. The shower was just perfect and the room was impeccable. Great breakfast too.

Fabulous location on the water with lovely terrace and shopping area nearby. Loads of restaurants to choose from and Sluis is a good location for sightseeing trips in NL as well as Belgium plus the coast is nearby. Breakfast was good, self service and they have a fresh orange juice machine which was a plus!

As we mentioned during check out, a minor point was the lighting in the room which we suggested can be solved by installing a dimmer. The main light was too bright but the light by the bed does not function as a reading light.

Nice small scale hotel for an overnight stay in the centre of the charming city of Sluis. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming, but it's the same every morning so it could get boring after two or more nights. Great rain shower in the bathroom, clean room with nice view, comfortable beds.

The spiral staircase up was not friendly for our large suitcases, and unfortunately there was no elevator. In the room few space for big suitcases either. The fruits at the breakfast were not that fresh.

Everything is super clean. The kitchen is furnished with all the appliances you may need. The room has a nice patio with view on the Belfry.
