The accommodation was brilliant, and everything else it offered. The host lady was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere so you do have to walk a bit to the main strip but only a minute walk to a beach. You can use the other pool belonging to another hotel on the beach which was great.

We stayed here for two nights before having to fly out from Koh Samui airport to head home again. The hotel was lovely, big bed, big bathroom, good AC. But the thing that really stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff. We had booked a day tour that we had wrongly thought would get back by 5pm, and had left our laundry with a dry cleaning service near the hotel - hoping to pick it up by 6pm. It was only once we were on said tour, that we were told we would not get back till 8pm. Naturally I started to panic that all our clothes would be stranded in Thailand, because we had a plane to catch by 6am the next day and would miss the laundry places opening times! In my worries, I messaged the receptionist to ask if we could pay her to help us collect our laundry. Not only did she agree to help us, she refused to let us pay her even the smallest tip for the help offered! We noticed a lot of the other patrons were also on very good terms with the owners, so it must not just be us, it seems they are just very genuine and lovely people, who's business I would gladly support again.

The basic room we booked was not as the picture. The bathroom had a bad smell all the time and did look old not as the photos we have seen. When told the french owner he was not very friendly. I think the price do not match the quality of the room they gave us.

The owners are super, super friendly and helpful! you can rent a scooter for 200baht a pay directly with them, plus they help you organize transport etc and are very kind and friendly. only 5min walk to the beach, best koh samui local restaurant omsin right there!

the location in general, very loud and busy street close by, construction works going on which you don’t hear anything about it just makes the location not as pretty but they cannot do anything about it. you need a scooter to go to nicer places on the island
