Staff were lovely and helpful

The room was filthy

Good location. Almost dead on the 'zero' point of Denpassar.

You can see that it must have been a more prestiges hotel in iets earlier days. Especially the bathroom in the room could do with remodeling/complete make over. I think the covid pandemie has had a big impact on this hotel.

Bed was comfortable.

The worst service I have ever recieved from any hotel. -Upon arrival we were not told anything about facilities/ breakfast etc or even where the lift was to get to our room. -The surfaces in the reseption/ dining area and the lift were all sticky/ dirty -We were given a key to a room which already had guests inside, in bed. -The room we ended up in had not had the bins emptied and the bathroom was dirty and smelly. -At 11:45pm we then recieved knocks at our door telling us that we had to leave and go to another hotel, even though we had proof of booking AND payment from booking.com After 20 minutes back and forth, we said that we would discuss it in the morning. -8:30am repeated knocks at the door. A lady telling us she was there to collect the towels.....Why? -10am the staff on reception did not know what we were talking about when we told them about being asked to leave. We were told to come back in the afternoon to discuss it. -3pm we returned to the hotel and spoke to the original receptionist and she confirmed everything was sorted and we could remain at the hotel (the one we booked and paid for) -10:45pm another phone call and trip down to reception to discuss for half an hour. Told we DID have to leave. Now or at 5am (Not sure who was meant to be checking in to our room between midnight and 5am!). -11:45pm we are now in another, lower grade, hotel for 12 hours before we check out again. -We were never told why we had to leave! -The receptionist wouldn't let us speak to the manager and made us feel so unwelcome in the property. (We were given a full refund in return for us leaving the property).
