The modern desing and the layout of the villa was just perfect for our group of four architects. The owner of the villa was very friendly and always willing to help us. The detailing of the villa was beautiful. The materials and furniture of the villa were beautiful and high quality. The see view and the mountain view was beautiful. The pool area with then sitting area was very nice and comfortable. The pool was long enough for actually swimming The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed every minute while staying there.

A 5 star property. Very spacious, comfortable and wonderful outside entertaining area, including the pool and seating areas. property is walking distance to the marina of Puerto Calero, with plenty of eating/drinking options. Only criticism is the pricing policy - basic charge of villa is based on 4 people (despite sleeping 8). Extra charges were incurred for additional child and friends of older children.

Stayed July 2022 with family, six in total. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the villa, even walking up the driveway to the huge front doors is just the beginning. The villa is so beautifully designed for making the most of blended indoor and outdoor living, outside seating is comfortable, spacious and shaded, along with plenty of room to sunbathe around the fabulous pool. The villa is very private at the back, and has great landscape and sea views. Importantly for me, the whole property is kept very clean inside and out. The indoor living room is also a great space, the TV has satellite/Netflix etc., the kitchen is well equipped, the dining area is spacious and the bedrooms all have comfortable beds. We did avail of the air conditioning as there were a few hotter days, it was very welcome. We had a wonderful week and did not want to leave so soon. Bernardo is an absolutely superb host. We were delighted to meet him during our stay, he was extremely helpful and generous, especially when my parents joined us at short notice after passport issues resolved! The area of Puerto Calero is a new favourite for us, had not stayed before but it is so pleasant and not too busy. We loved the restaurants and shops in the marina area. We will definitely be back to the area and this villa, a perfect combination for a relaxing holiday.

Bernardo could not have done more to make our stay easier or more relaxed. The villa is faultless and exactly as described. Great location for visiting so much with a ton of great restaurants very close by.

We had a great stay at Bernardo’s villa, it was more than you could wish for, good comfy beds which is always a main concern, and very private in such a great location, just a ten minute walk to the marina which hosted some really good restaurants, particularly loved Amura , and also top brand shops. Bernardo was a great host, keeping in touch as to when we might expect the pool man etc, but never intrusive. The villa is south facing so you get the sun pretty much most of the day, and has a great outside space. Thank you so much for having us Bernardo, we look forward to coming back again. Whilst the photos of this villa look lovely they don't do it justice. The villa is immaculate, really spacious, bright, modern and very well equipped. The location is excellent - very private, South facing so Sun most of the day, great views and just a 10 minute or so stroll to the harbour and restaurants. Bernardo is a great host, super responsive and very helpful. We opted to have the pool heated as it was the end of October and it was a fantastic temperature and only 15 euros a day. We've stayed in many villas over the years and this is the best one yet. Will definitely be back!

This house is great. Perfect location with a wonderful sea view. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Bernardo is a super host, he is always available and answers your questions within minutes.

The house is absolutely stunning with plenty of room and immaculately clean. It’s located in a quiet corner of Puerto Calero with total privacy. The marina close by is very charming with a nice selection of shops and restaurants. The host, Bernardo, was so hospitable and could not have been more helpful. This is a beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location with stunning views It was immaculately presented with everything you need for a relaxing holiday . The owners were so helpful and they want you to enjoy staying at the villa without any stresses . I highly recommend and would definitely stay again .

Wow, on way home from a wonderful two week holiday in the property. Without a doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in. Bernardo was an excellent host-helpful but not intrusive. Cleaners in 3 times in the two weeks to change towels and bedding as well as cleaning. Lovely 10-15 minute stroll to the restaurants and shops at the marina. Pool area is spacious and clean with sea view. Photos can’t do the property justice. I would recommend this property unreservedly and hope to return.

Just returned from a much earned stay in this luxurious Villa located a short stroll away from high class restaurants and marina. The Villa is absolutely first class and very very luxury and welcoming.The pool area and seating area is so very well thought out. This is better then I can discribe in words but we will be returning in the next few months while looking to buy a villa ourselves. One big problems is it has made us realize our needs in a villa has grown 10 fold . This villa is everything and much more then you will expect when reading its advert . The owner Bernardo cannot do more for you to make your stay special ,the villa is spotless and private and if for sale would be top of my want list ,thank you Barnado for allowing us in your beautiful home . Great house in a perfect quiet location. House has all you need to be comfortable and it’s a short walk into town. Highly recommended for families, and Bernardo is an excellent owner who helped out when asked but kept a low profile.

This villa is without question the most amazing we have stayed in. In fact we felt a little bit like rock stars! The position is just perfect, with so much light and fabulous views (with the occasional goat to observe from the sun beds!). The owner was exceptional. He responded to any questions really quickly and when we had a little accident, he didn't overreact at all which was appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing holiday villa. In fact we loved it so much we have already booked to return. Thank you Bernardo.

Its is hard to summarise how wonderful this villa is, from the moment we arrived and greeted by the owner Bernardo we fell in love with this lovely home. The accommodation is amazing, so spacious that even the photos are not able to show this. Immaculately clean with lovely comfortable furniture in all the rooms. The kitchen is just wonderful, very well equipped with excellent appliances and every thing you could think of needing during your stay. Some lovely touches with some essential foods in the fridge to start you off and a huge bowl of fruit. The outside space was just perfect with comfortable sofas and lovely dining area looking out to sea. The pool is a good size for having a little swim and cooling off. It was kept in an excellent clean condition with the pool man calling regularly. A lovely lady called Margaret called frequently to change towels and to provide a general clean of the villa, we did not expect this and it was a lovely touch, she also changed our beds more than once during our 2 week stay with was very much appreciated during a very hot spell. The location of the villa is fantastic being a few minutes drive down into Puerto Calero marina and approx 10 minutes into Puerto del Carmen. There is also a lovely little walk along the seafront to the marina which is ideal if you do not wish to take the car. This is our 4th time in Lanzarote and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in and the best location. Puerto Calero is a perfect place to watch the world go by without being in the hustle and bustle touristy resort of Puerto del Carmen. There are some lovely restaurants in the marina which is where we spent most of our evenings, all fairly priced with Azure being our favourite! Finally our hosts Bernardo and Yisel,from the first point of contact to the end of our stay and beyond they are both extremely welcoming and want to make your stay as perfect as possible. Bernardo kept in contact to let us know when Margaret was coming to clean etc. And was always contactable if needed and often checked that all was well. This beautiful villa is more than just holiday accommodation it is a home which Bernardo and Yisel are very proud of it. So if you are lucky enough to spend a holiday here relax and enjoy but most of all please respect their home and take care of it as if it is your own. We found it very hard to leave and would like to return again at some point. Thank you so much for having us Tracy, Stuart & Lewis x

From the minute we got there until the minute we left it was perfect. The villa pictures on website even though good don't give the real picture as its large, very clean, perfectly positioned for all day sun and all things are great for an enjoyable holiday. Bernardo, Yisel and all staff who clean the house plus pool are very attentive and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The pool area is bigger than you think and the spot where the villa is located is so private. We'll definitely return Bernardo and for the benefit of kids see if you can get some more English channels on that TV and some Sky Sports for us guys who like a game when that suns gone down:-) Cheers

Just back from a weeks stay at Villa Noalex and would go back again in the morning! We are a family of 6; there was more than enough room for us and more could be accommodated easily. The villa is clean, spacious and modern. There is a beautiful uninterrupted view from the pool area to the coast and for those who wish to there is a lovely scenic walk along the coast which is accessible from the house. For us the villa was in a great location; at a casual pace it takes about 15 mins or less to walk to the marina in Puerto Calero where there are a number of nice restaurants and also a small supermarket. Bernardo was both professional and courteous to deal with and went out of his way to ensure that we all enjoyed the villa to it's maximum. I would whole heartedly recommend Villa Noalex and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful holiday, due to the relaxing time we spent in this fantastic villa. It is very well appointed, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. We loved the pool, a very good size for a decent swim! The location is wonderful with views of the mountains and the sea, but also just a short stroll from the restaurants and shops in the harbour. This is a very special part of Lanzarote, away from the masses! Bernardo was very helpful with everything and we are looking forward to returning next year! Thank you for a lovely holiday! Outstanding in every way! We had a fabulous 2 weeks at this stunning villa that is perfectly situated in a quiet location with views across to the mountains and sea, yet just a 10 minute idyllic stroll along the coast path to the Marina which has a host of good restaurants and places to drink. The villa itself is spacious with lovely, quality fixtures and fittings, beautifully furnished and feels like home from home. It's also very well appointed with some great attention to detail that makes for a really comfortable stay. We could not have asked for more welcoming and friendly hosts, thank you Bernardo and Yisel – we cannot wait to return!

My family and I were delighted when we arrived - the villa is even better than the photos show it to be. It is huge, spotlessly clean and well laid out. Bernardo and Yisel were so helpful and on hand whenever we needed anything. My children loved the pool and were in and out of it all day. We spent a lot of time in the outside area with its comfortable seating, barbecue and a large table to all get together around. The marina is a pleasant walk away overlooking the sea as you go. There is a good selection of restaurants there for evenings out. The surrounding area is perfect for long cycling trips and challenging runs alongside the sea. I would thoroughly recommend staying here for a family holiday with everything you could possibly need. We hope to return one day!
