Únicamente me parece que el check in es demasiado tarde y el check out demasiado temprano generalmente los hoteles donde he ido se ingresa a las 2 pm y se sale a las 11 am por lo demás todo fue genial

Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine Renovation, war nicht sehr sauber. Man gab uns mehrere Kanäle für lokale Unterstützung oder Zusatzdienstleistungen (defekter Lavaboabfluss, Transfer) an. Der Zuständige reagiert weder auf Mails, SMS noch auf Whatsapp, war auch bei der Übergabe, obwohl anekündigt, nicht vor Ort. Wozu zahlt vacasa diesen "Andrey" überhaupt?

Nice location, beautiful pool
Getting to the pool from our apartment was complicated. We had daily issues with the ac unit, puddles of water every day in the dinning room be wise of the mentioned issues. The second bathroom didn’t have hot water (it did, but there was no way of opening the tap as it was broken), the main bedroom’s sheets were partially broken.

Location excellent. Host more than amazing, Andrey was there for every question we had. Parking is good for safety. They also have 2 parking spaces. Apartment in general was amazing, 2 big rooms with 2 full bathroom. Full kitchet with everything you needed to cook or just to wash something.
Bathrooms could be improve as there were some holes under the sink but in general everything was perfect.

Great location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Grounds and room were clean and comfortable. Nice to have a pool, washing machine, dryer. Reliable Wi-Fi. Very quiet considering how close it is to the beach.
Would have preferred an early check in, but we were allowed to leave our bags, which was the issue. So, again, staff was accommodating and turned a negative into a positive.

the a/c unit leaked water all over the living room floor every day and we had to spend hours cleaning it up. the coffee maker leaked too. although we contacted staff, nobody came out to fix.

Booking ad set low expectations, apartment is better than it looks on the pictures. Ended up being a very good experience. Location is perfect for beach access, early morning surfing, 2-5min to the best restaurants. Also, 1-min walk to one of the most beautiful sunsets at the beach.
Living room sofa should be more "friendly" but staying in Tamarindo, you have a reason to not stay in the couch. White grout joint on both shower areas would give a better cleanliness impression.
