Great place, beautiful garden, amazing breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. I love this kind of quiet, a bit on the suburb places. Has everything one might need, would stay again if I ever visit Tulum again.

We loved the pool, breakfast, staff and layout. It was exceptionally clean and lovely facilities. The different breakfast every morning was amazing along with the best coffee we have ever had! They catered to our dietary requirements with ease and the food was delicious.

It is slightly out of Tulum town but you can rent bikes at Chill Kanil and cycle in easily.

easy contactless check-in with clear instructions communicated beforehand - liked the decoration of my cozy room and the vibes of the place as such with a small pool in the patio - hotel is located in a quiet residential zone, but only a short walk / bike ride away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum downtown

the breakfast was tasty but the serving not really enough for me (they are serving really small portions). As I had booked a room for 2 persons but travelled on my own I asked for a second breakfast which they agreed to serve me for free.

This is a small hotel, therefore the staff are incredibly attentive. The breakfast, and wonderful pool in what is its little own oasis make this place even more special. Miguel the manager was hugely helpful in assisting with my travel itinerary.

The shower temperature seemed to come and go, but this was the smallest of issues as overall I was very tempted to stay on.

Mainly european guests, couples, very respectful. They had bikes, i guess you can rent them. Downside: the neighbourhood is definately not Tulum's best: but you're safe as long as you have either a car, or a bike, or something. I would not walk the area.

Fantastic staff, breakfast, design and enviroment! Also great organic homemade shampoo and bodywash. Love how the place is so enviromentally friendly❤️

could improve on more places in the rooms or outside to hang and dry towels. Alternative daily change of towels in the rooms. Could also do with a kettle in the room and the possibility to make a hot drink.

The hotel is a small oasis and you will truly find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. The outside area is beautiful. Its great that you have breakfast included as well. Also great that you have a mini kitchen in the room.

The location could be problematic if you don't have a car or motorcycle because its a bit far off and dark at night. Also the breakfast really takes time to be prepared.

Great place for stay in Tulum. We spent 5 days there and that was fantastic time. The people who work there are just super friendly. Breakfasts are just to die for. WiFi works perfectly. It's far from city Centre but that's good cause it's quiet.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Chill Kanil. It exceeded my expectations. The location feels secluded, comfortable, and cozy. The hosts and kitchen staff are really hospitable, friendly, and make you feel at home. The breakfasts were so delicious and unique it was something my family and I looked forward to in order to kickstart our days. The vibe is so relaxing and a great place to really disconnect. I enjoyed the all the greenery and how I could always hear birds it was super calming. They even have a small dog on the property whose name is Mosca and is adorable!

You will need a mode of transportation to get around in Tulum but the hosts give you the option to rent out their bikes which is great.

Everything it was perfect, the room, the design, the food and the staff, especially Miguel! Also a special mention to La Mosca, the hotel doggy she was so cute :)

Really impressed with the property. Amazing breakfast, different every day, was included. I would pay for this at a cafe, seriously, was so good. Some reviews say only toast was on offer and the good stuff cost extra. Seems they changed their policy. if you want another serving they would charge for that, which is fair enough. Super friendly staff at the property, gave us tips and genuinely seemed interested in talking to us. Couldn't remember that the room had a full kitchen, but fridge was super useful. Quiet location. Lovely pool area with plants etc. Easy to get in and out (no traffic jams). Need a car ideally, but that's also a good thing. Lots of mini-marts nearby. Also option to have your room serviced. Tip: go to Garden of Eden and also "Carwash" Cenote and Akumal beach (no seaweed). Amazing Taco places in town.

Polished concrete floor is a bit slippery when wet. Be careful. I had come from the pool to use the toilet and left wet foot prints. My wife slipped and could have easily broken something. Minibar with beer and wine, but couldn't open these on the 1st night as previous guest had kept the bottle opener as a souvenir. Maybe tie it to a bit of string attached to the fridge.

The place is lovely and very quiet. We liked the vibe and the super cute dog living at the property. The staff is friendly and willing to help, we got great recommendations for beach and restaurants. Our room was spacious and well decorated (however a bit dark, not much natural light), also AC was working fine and bathrooms had all the amenities. With the room you also get extra towels for the swimming pool/beach.

We’re disappointed with the breakfast. The offer states “exceptional breakfast included“ but in reality you get for free just one beverage and literally one slice of bread (with butter and jam) per person. Moreover, coffee is available with cinnamon only and tea is actually an infusion of ginger, turmeric and camomile. For the remaining menu, you have to pay extra. Considering that there are no another options around the property (unless you drive to the city) I don’t find it correct. That said, the quality of the food is good!

The offer describes an exceptional breakfast, which is included in the price of the stay. After all, we were disappointed and reminded at the reception, that the basic breakfast is bread and coffee. For the rest of the offer would have to be paid extra!! - My girlfriend and I traveled all over the Yucatan and with superb breakfast which were included in the price. Here we were disappointed with the deception in the offer. !! That’s the breakfast for two persons ( 2 slide of bread, butter and jam)

We loved the whole aesthetic, the pool and especially the breakfast. It is incredible! The staff are so lovely and helpful.

At first the sort of empty area threw us off but once we got inside the doors it felt like a portal into paradise. The trees are arranged beautifully around the pool and really makes one feel that they are in a small piece of paradise. Also the staff was incredibly quickly responsive, nice, and accommodating. The in house breakfasts were amazing!!!

The shower of our apt. is configured in a very weird way. There was no curtain so the water sprayed a lot onto the floor and basically on the toilet. We had to place a towel on the ground to absorb it all up which wasn’t pleasurable.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. It is out of the tourist area which is actually really peaceful, and they have bikes for rent or arrange a taxi for you. The pool is lovely, also in the evening as the water is quite warm. Very good value for money.

We enjoyed every and each time. The pool was very nice and the rooms esthetic too. The breakfast was also surprisingly good. There was a jungl3 feeling and only good vibes!

The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the location was amazing. The pool was incredible and there is a really nice dog called Mosca. The staff was helpful and nice.

The shower needs a barrier between the shower and the bathroom. It also has see-through tiles that allows people form the stairs to easily watch inside. You can fix it easily with a curtain.

Everything was just like on the photos, it’s a truly chill place with amazing staff and exceptional breakfast!!
