Don't like the 2 sofa-bed they won't comfortable and feeling the spring was on the double mattress sofa bed it was hard to sleep and to get comfortable .the single sofabed when you get out of it the metal pole hit you leg . The TV was not working good on uk channels . When ask staff to have a never key for the room as one of us went up before the two other guests wanted to they said you can't have a never key you have to ask staff to let us in but when went to check out there ask for we had the 2 keys for the room when we didn't have 2 keys the staff write down to give us a key when she didn't say that to us

perfect location for socialising, clean, friendly, nice rooms for the money.

can be a bit noisy late night, but location is worth it.

Mediocre breakfast, booking.com page doesn't mention but there's parking right across the gate entrance, rude hotel manager, dirty fish tank, no toiletries in the bathroom

At 15 Euros for coffee ,cereal and pastries I would go out for breakfast .Parking prices close by are outrageous…but free overnight parking just off ferry port entry road.Great bar which is originally Old Sailing Club Bar.Did not eat in hotel but Chateaubriand next door does great steaks. Great location at entry to walled city.

Great staff breakfast excellent great nights sleep hotel located in our favourite area in st malo.

Condor ferries made us late to arrive in st malo also time change should be the same time as jersey would bring more business to us all

The Hotel had an exceptional location. The room was quite big, very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. I don't have any complaints.

Very comfortable bed and warm room, great location. Bathroom very clean and spacious.

All the lights for the room come from the head rest of the bed and the sides of head rest..

it was quaint and old worldly . room over looked the castle . staff were lovely and helpful ,
