good for a family because one has enough space with two rooms and a sitting room. Besides, the kitchen helps a lot.

it was really hot. We couldn’t sleep with open windows because it was noisy outside. At least for the room which is located on the street side. There were ventilators but they didn’t really help. The kitchen was not clean enough. Overall the building is old. In the bathroom the sewer and water pipes are visible.

Great hotel really close to the center of Aachen. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again the next time I'm in Aachen.

Nothing to say. Everything was perfect!

Our bed was made of two twin beds that slid apart during the night. I actually rolled over and had my shoulder and arm follow through. Breakfast was $14. The hot items were cold and very under stocked. Also the slided meat and cheese was covered with fruit.

My room was comfortable, quiet, clean and well outfitted for a convenient stay. Every staff I met was very friendly, helpful and polite. I followed staff advice for exploring the town and also enjoyed making a trip on foot through the nearby park to the thermal spa. Rejuvenating!

The staff were amazing and one of the most friendly hotel staff I ever encountered!
