El trato del personal en la barra y el estacionamiento

La instalaciones son viejas y mal cuidadas . La pileta le faltaba recubrimientos . Las camas estavan todas juntas super duras . Y altas . El baño muy viejo . La limpieza de las habitacion no fueron echas en tiempo y forma dejandonos con dos dias el mismo juego de sabanas y toallas . La atencion de algunos del personal . Estavan mal humorados

Excelente Todo en general. Cómodo, súper funcional para pasar el dia con distintas actividades para todas las edades. Desayuno y cena abundante y riquísimo. Excelente calidad Habitaciones amplias con somier comodosimos y el personal con una amabilidad única

Localização ótima, no centro da cidade. Distância a pé ou bem próximo do comércio ou ótimos restaurantes. Parque aquático muito bom, com toboagua e piscina aquecida. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e oferece janta com comida caseira. Funcionários prestativos e muito educados. Centro de convenções anexo ao hotel.

Áreas comuns e quartos precisam de manutenção e atualizações. Como a construção é antiga, fica mais complicado

O elevador demora demais

O Hotel possui duas piscinas sendo uma delas aquecidas e um toboágua que só é permitido para crianças acima de 10 anos, saunas e academia e os quartos são bem espaçosos.

O fato de o interfone ser dentro do banheiro e os três elevadores serem minúsculos e demorarem uma eternidade e na maioria das vezes chegam já lotados. Vale ressaltar também que os preços no lounge bar e no restaurante são bastante salgados e as porções servidas são ridículas. O café da manhã nos 6 dias em que ficamos hospedados pôde-se perceber que não houve mudanças nos itens servidos, ou seja, todos os dias a mesma coisa. Também não gostamos da qualidade dos pães servidos.

It wad really clean and and the water slide outside. A good potential for a lot of possible activities.

The staff wasn’t speaking really good English or spanish, besides the front desk. Communication was difficult with the restaurant and tje staff working in it. The menu or the breakfast was everything in portuguese, difficult to understand for foreign people. The plugs on the side of the bed weren’t working and everything had a Brazilian plug, not even USB so we had to buy the adapter for the plugs. The bathroom frequently was running out of water and it was difficult to flush the toilet.

The only plus is the location.

We had an awful experience with the Travel Agents (MMC) located on the first floor of the hotel that almost made us lose our flight to Buenos Aires. The guy at the MMC desk didn't care a lick about our transfer to the Puerto Iguazu Aiport, and told me "if you don't like my service, I'll give your money back and you can get a taxi on your own". Arrogant prick. The sad part: the hotel staff watched the whole event unfold and didn't try to resolve the situation with MMC or provide alternative solution. Awful service from both parties.

Throughout our travels in Brazil, this was the worst hotel we stayed in!

The decor is very old, looks to be more than 30 years old. The shower was tricky since we had cold showers a few times. From the photos online it looks pleasant however, I learnt now to do more research when finding a hotel

The first room that I checked in, the toilet roll was fully soaked and water leaking and seeping thru the door sill somehow and with hairs flowing. I requested to change the room immediately and gladly I was allocated to another room. Thou the new room was also so worn out with ants everywhere. The bathroom is also very worn out with small cockroach and the towels have stains on them. The water wasn’t hot and the water spraying from the shower head is too pointy like a power jet rinsing machine. Both PowerPoint on bedsides didn’t work.

1. The power went out in our room and because there was no maintenance staff, we had to change room. What hotel doesn’t have maintenance staff? 2. We needed to make a call to a specific taxi company and the hotel employee at reception told us they don’t have es phone that can make calls outside the hotel. What hotel doesn’t have a phone?

the lift was terrifying, the rooms weren’t very sound proofed and you could hear everything happening in other rooms and the corridor, the fridge in the room was super noisy, the sockets by the bed didn’t work, so couldn’t charge phone or turn the lamp on, slide looked pretty unsafe and scary, breakfast was poor!!!

Location was perfect, food was good.

- Elevators were not working properly so the ones working got super busy. - Too much chlorine in the swimming pool - Coffee at breakfast should improve a looot

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary casino tokens were a fun addition.

The slide was not running which was disappointing.
