The furniture in this property is completely different from the pictures—almost everything was cracked, dirty( also blood stains) , and in poor condition. We stayed for only about 20 minutes, during which we filmed the damaged furniture to protect ourselves. Despite this, the host falsely accused us of breaking the sofa and refused to refund our payment, including the deposit. To make matters worse, the host charged a deposit of an unknown amount, which was never discussed or stated in the listing. This experience was extremely disappointing and deceptive. I strongly advise avoiding this property.

A very good stay. Large apartment, we were 4 adults which was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The equipped kitchen has many accessories so that we can prepare meals comfortably. The oven is a plus. We were able to use our Netflix for the evening.

The duvet was a little thick but that didn't bother us.

communication with the staff is poor. the way to check in is very bad the appartment is uncomfortable I doubt the cleaniness of the bed sheets and blanket. after checking out. I contacted them for the dopesit. with no response.

The instructions and pictures were very helpful on the welcome packet.

The keys to get into the garage (from the elevator) did not work. There was a door that would shut and we could not get back into the garage. We had to walk in through the large garage doors where the cars enter to get to our car. To get to the apartment from the garage, we were unable to call the elevator, so we had to take the stairs to then get onto the elevator.
