Location to Burnside Village and easy to get to from The Toll Gate

Needs huge surrounds clean up and room was okay but a good “white king” spring clean would certainly increase star rating

Staff friendly, good value for money, spacious room, comfortable bed, heating worked well.

Room smelt terrible. Seemed to be coming from the spa bath/bathroom pipes as it did lessen once we put the plugs in the bath and sink... Undercover pool area was not clean or well maintained and pool spa empty with brown sludge at the bottom. Disappointing as this was a big reason for choosing this motel.

Good location

The website stated there was a restaurant which was one of the reasons I booked. When I questioned the location of the restaurant so I could have breakfast I was told it was no longer operating, but “there was a bakery across the road”. The bakery sells coffee and cakes, not breakfast. The room also didn’t look much like any of the pictures. It was quite old.

Liked the room, comfortable and clean, sofa and small table with 2 chairs, curtains did their job and blocked light from coming inside our room

Right next to the swimming pool, i suspect that during the summer months it could get quite noisy. The shower has black mold around the bottom of the glass where it meets the base. The w.c and shower room door requires attention as we could not close it, it jammed and probably requires a handy man to shave some off the door edge.

It was clean, comfortable and soo quiet which was so nice, next door Aldi, short drive to the chocolate factory.

bathroom door didnt close jammed, bed well lets say they need to get a new mattress, I kept rolling onto my husband. We overlooked all that bcause we got a good night sleep long journey to sydney so peaceful here.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Adelaide Granada Motor Inn; the staff are ALWAYS cheerful and obliging. Our room is clean and comfortable, and the location is great. We are repeat customers and that speaks volumes .

Minor details with cleanliness: Some days we didn't receive towels, we did ask and they were happy to provide from reception. We would leave a few dishes to be taken away and replaced however they just rinsed in the bathroom sink which we had done anyway. Some of the glass still had milk residue left in them from this wash. We recleaned. We grabbed wine glasses out of the cupboard when we first arrived and they were dirty. Bin liners not replaced on the first day so we made sure to pull out the bin so it wasnt missed. Shower curtain was dirty at the bottom

I liked the location minutes away from city

The hotel policies were rigid. The spa and pool were closed and we had no notice of this prior to booking. And the WORST was we couldn't use bathroom for number twos because the fan in the bathroom, when switched on, brought in a sewage smell and reeked throughput the room. Awful. And we couldnt say anything at the hotel because as the receptionist was rude upon check in, so I we didn't want to face her again. So, if you can hold in your poop and use public bathrooms for this, book this room. We were in the DELUXE room. 🤬

It's our second time staying here. The room was spacious. Soaps smell nice. Located next to Aldi and around just over a kilometres away from Burnside. Lots of eateries nearby.
