Great location we lived out stay in Split.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The living room and kitchen were well equipped. The location was perfect. Look out the window and you see the Palace. The Green market with outside stalls is steps away. Very modern considering the building is 1000+ years old. A real treat. Only negative is it is on the 2nd floor, which is really 3rd floor. No elevator so it keeps you fit. Owner was fantastic. A pleasure to work with. 100% recommend.

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location to see all the sights of Old Town Split- just outside the walls of Diocletians Palace. We enjoyed walking down the street to the farmers market for fresh fruit in the mornings and grabbing cappuccinos and pastries at various cafés nearby. Perfect walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, gelato, the Riva, Marjan Park, bus station and ferry port. The washing machine/dryer was much appreciated and detergent and a drying rack was provided as well. Andelka was a wonderful host, the apartment was clean and had everything needed for our 4 night stay. She even let us extend our check out time since rain was forecast and our ferry left later in the day. Thank you Andelka!

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent location. Can’t fault that. Within walking distance to the Promenade, ferry ports, supermarkets, wet market & lovely restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. Host was very kind to let us check out later than the stipulated time. Thank you Angelica. The only disadvantage is you can hear people talking as they walk pass the apartment along the popular path leading to the promenade at night but that doesn’t seem to bother me much.

This stay was amazing! The property was in a great location and was very easy to access. I loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. I recommend staying here if you visit Split!

Location literally across a small street from Diocletian Palace. It’s quiet & safe. Apartment is clean & safe & has all the amenities you need. Andelka is very easy to work with. Washing machine works fine but note the wash cycle is long

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to so much in Split. You are right outside the palace walls and less then 5 min to the Harbor and market. It is quiet, but you have access to so much. There is 1 beach that is about a 15 min walk and another about a 20 min walk. The bus station is about 10 min away and taxi's less then 5. The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean. The owners were available for any questions we had and quickly responded. The only thing I would have liked to know if I was looking for a place, but not a negative for me is there were approx. 3 short flights of stairs to go up. But that is very common for rentals there. I would highly recommend this place. Well done!

The location is right in the heart of old town which is conveniently close to all the restaurants, markets, bars and local beaches. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. A big thank you to the very helpful host Andelka for offering her time to share her local knowledge and assisting us to arrange our full day boat tour to the the surrounding islands. Highly recommend this apartment as the place to stay when visiting Split.

Very responsive and helpful owner, great location in a fabulous country. I visited during May as I suspect the summer months in such a popular spot would be too crowded as well as too hot for me! Early risers will especially appreciate walking around the old town during the early morning hours when you pretty much have Diocletian's streets to yourself!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is convenient to everything. The apartment is well equipped. We especially liked having the washer/dryer. Andelka was very helpful with our questions and she even arranged for a tour guide to meet us for a private tour.

We came here as a part of our Croatia trip to celebrate my 30th birthday! The owner is fluent in English and helped us book a taxi to the apartment from the airport and an amazing private old town tour for almost half the price other places charge!. But the apartment is lovely! It’s just off the walls (literally your next to them it’s so cool!) but you’re above a cute coffee shop and right on the street with vendors/1minute from the ferries The apartment was a perfect place to lounge for an afternoon nap between tours and dinner. If you are single or a couple you will LOVE this place!!

We absolutely loved our three month stay at this apartment. The location could not have been more perfect and Andelka was such a terrific host. She helped us find a dentist, pedicurist AND a notary public. Most impressive service and Split is a magical place. We loved how close we were to the Green Market, Diocletian's Palace and Marjan Park.

Angelika's apartment is extremely well located just outside the walls of Diocletian's Palace. We loved being able to step out the door and go through the gate into the Palace just a block away. This is a modern apartment in an old building. You can't drive right to the apartment, but Angelika gave us directions to a nearby parking lot. The apartment is well outfitted, but one item in the description is misleading. There is a good washing machine, but there is no electric dryer. I don't think that any apartments in Croatia have electric dryers. The locals hang up their clothes for drying. There is a drying rack in the apartment.

Exactly how it looks in the listing. There were things like detergent for the washing machine and dish washer.The apartment’s location was great. Overall we were very happy with the apartment and our stay in Split. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

The apartment was clean and lovely. The Old Towne is absolutely magical and the apartment was a 2 to 5 minute walk to anything you needed...it couldn't have been more perfect! And Andelka was available to answer all of my questions, arrange transportation on several occasions and even offered to stop by to meet us in person - when she had 2 sick kids at home! We will be returning to Split sometime in the future and we will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed in this lovely apartment and was greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and told us all the places to visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and were a stones throw from the Diocletian palace. There was a bustling street down from the apartment but when the windows were closed, air con on it was so quiet. Thoroughly recommend.

The place was more modern than suggested in the pictures which was a nice surprise. Our host Andelka made us feel very welcome and made an effort to tell us about close by attractions and restaurants that she recommends. Also made us feel comfortable enough to contact her at any point during our stay asking any questions that we had. Her replies were prompt and she helped us with transport from the Airport. 5he Apartment itself was nice, modern and tidy and provided excess towels and blankets etc. The location of it was right at the heart of the tourist area, in which we were surrounded by bars and clubs and lively tourists and locals. This meant that we were not more than a 5 minute walk from some sort of fun/attraction. On the other hand, said nearby bars and clubs made it so the noise was quite loud in early hours of the morning, so if you have young children, take that into consideration. Other than that, had a very pleasant stay!

This property was great for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped and the laundry facilities were very useful. Everything was clean and plenty of space for our 4-day stay. The location is amazing-just outside the old city walls so minutes to everything yet still quiet after 11pm. Andelka was very nice and responsive before and throughout the stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge-closet lot was a 7 minute walk if you could get a pot there.

Mystical city. Loved every minute of our visit. People are so friendly. Andelkas apartment has all the comforts of home and right in the middle of all the action. Need any information....just ask, Andelka is a mind of information. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

OK but needs a little maintenance. Some globes in kitchen need replacing, aircon noisy, walls need repainting. Crockery left a bit to be desired ( no cereal bowls). A bit noisier than expected with revellers returning from pubs and clubs in the early hours. Location great, good coffee across the street, near palace, markets and restaurants.

Compact apartment which is exactly as shown on the website. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Communicating with Andelka was easy with prompt replies. The apartment is right by the Diocletian Palace in Split and easy walking distance from the train, bus and ferries. Can recommend eating at Sug a restaurant just nearby.

Great location and very clean home. We were given great suggestions on restaurants as well. Parking was challenging, but Andelka and her husband helped tremendously. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Split! The apartment was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Andelka was the perfect host. We only wish we would have stayed longer!

We stayed at Andelka’s flat for four nights and it was truly perfect. You could almost touch the walls of Diocletian’s Palace from her window and there was a vibrant street market just outside as you walked down to the marina, amazing fruit and vegetables. The flat itself was as near perfection as is possible. Plenty of room to spread out after a hard days sightseeing and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, etc. I would also add something that might seem minor but Andelka also supplied all necessary cleaning products which from experience some owners do not. Finally Andelka organised taxi pick ups from airport and on to our next stay. Truly wonderful experience.

Lovely location across from entrance to palace grounds and a block from the farmers market equivalent. Apt has great amenities and our hostess was super helpful. She arranged for airport transport and provided tips on places to see and eat. Would stay again

We enjoyed the easy location of this property being just outside the walls of the Diocletian's Palace and within walking distance of Marjan Hill, the bus/ferry terminal and the Riva. We were in the heartbeat of the city yet it was quiet at night. Appreciated Andeljka's welcome and her help in coordinating rides to/from the airport. The washing machine was a big help. Just downstairs is a sweet small one owner coffee shop called 4Coffee- great way to start each day.
