Hard to use the kitchen without a counter space. There should be a small table with two chairs/stools in the kitchen.

the ugly roof of the Westin hotel which has nothing to do with Princess Heights , but it was in our view . I’m just being picky . the hotel was wonderful .

The place itself is secluded and feel homey. We also were upgraded to a 1Bedroom

Breakfast could be improved

Too many stairs to use the facilities. No other amenities other than the pool. Price for the stay here was not worth it.

The rooms and overall property were exceptionally well maintained and it was clear that a lot of care is taken to make sure guests feel comfortable and valued. We adored our view and our balcony.

The location was a little tricky. The property sits high on a hill and is only accessible via steep and winding roads. This ensures the space is private, but visitors should know that a car is almost essential.

Everything. It was a wonderful experience. Saskia waited for us for 1h because of a flight delay. She was awesome. if you order breakfast (10$ pp) they bring it to you in the room so you can have it waterfront. Amazing. Warm croissants, yogurt, butter, marmelade, coffee and Juice. The room was large, bed comfortable (king size) and idromassage in the tub.

Not clear how to access the beach. We understood from the Dawn resort so I guess you have to request access from there.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. It was clean and a great location

We paid for 3 people. they didn't have bedding or clean sheets for pillows out couch. they had no available beach chairs. The security didn't answer phone when we had an emergency incident. They didn't give me discounted price after price came down a significant amount. Maid service didn't come even though we put sign on the door

Miss having breakfast at the location honestly. I enjoy the peaceful and private location. Room was easy to access. The view is beautiful.

At times it took awhile or a few tries to get the gate open with the remote control, this was inconvenient. Don't recall having this problem in the past.

Beautiful facilities and helpful staff. Was a bit confusing to locate, but the staff was terrific about getting us to where we needed to go.

The stairs to get to the pool were extremely long The tv could have been higher on the wall and maybe add Netflix

We loved our stay, but I usually don’t rate hotels unless there was something outstanding about them. There are a few things I loved: every one of their staff members was helpful, friendly, and informative. We were traveling with friends and they made sure we had the room next to theirs. We loved our balcony and the view! The kitchen was an added bonus! But one important thing is that they had a nurse come to give us our Covid tests for our return flight. It was so convenient and significantly cheaper than the airport. This was a definite plus and greatly appreciated! We’ll be back next time we visit!

Loved the view. The fact we had two bedrooms and two baths. Inside of the condo was nicely decorated.

Didn’t like we weren’t accessible to the rest of the island, atms or any tourist stuff.

The location is a perfect place to get away and relax. It's quite and clean and the view is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this to everybody.

The only thing I didn't like is the climbing of the stairs to move from one apartment to separate different apartment. In addition it was challenging to find the reception desk upon check in.

A good choice for couples who want to relax, in a quit neighborhood with a nice view.

I wish to walk less to the swimming pool. this was a little bit too much stairs
