It was a lovely stay - was very close to the cavern steps. A lovely walk down to town and the harbour. Loved everything about it - I will definitely recommend The Cuddy to others.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Just the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It was perfect. Cleanliness to the highest standard, everything was there that I would ever need for a stay, every utensil that you would need for cooking, it was just like my own kitchen. A really comfy sofa and chair in the living room. The comfiest of beds and pillows, the linen was pure white, it even had Netflix on the TV. There was a bottle of milk and plenty of biscuits, teas, coffee and hot chocolate. There is not a thing to be negative about. I have booked again already.

There is not a negative thing to say. It was just the perfect few days.

Location was great ashame about the lack of parking space near by.

Cosy little haven x home from home and spotless. Everything there you could possibly want. Lots of restaurants and bars from cheap and cheerful ,to a little more expensive, the locals are so friendly. Will defenetly return to the Cuddyx

A wonderful clean and comfortable apartment away from the bustle of the main town but near enough to be there in 7 minutes. (Via steep steps) The garden is a real bonus. Everything you need with fully equipped kitchen - milk in the fridge and tea bags. Lovely bright decor. Really good value. The amazing outdoor sea water lido is 20 minutes stroll. The breakwater is a lovely place to watch the sun go down. I went on a taster sailing trip on tall ship The Pilgrim- wonderful!

You can hear the people in the flat above- luckily they were very considerate. The shower could do with a place to put shampoo.

A full length mirror is needed in the bedroom. Wasn’t able to see how outfits looked before went out.

very close to the harbour shops pubs & eateries. very clean and tidy& had its own little garden space.

only the hill, but then it’s hilly all around,unless you’re right on the harbour front.

All facilities were great.

The Cuddy was perfect for us. Information before and during our stay was really good. The property was very clean and the decor and furnishings were lovely. The kitchen at The Cuddy had everything we needed, the heating was on when we arrived, there was a welcome pack and complementary toiletries too, which was very thoughtful.

The parking is quite tricky, but the owners had warned us of this and we know that this is a problem for lots of places in Brixham.

Location excellent for walk into Brixham Absolutely perfect as a base for the two of us. Everything provided.

The steep climb from the town back to The Cuddy! Parking was an issue as limited space.

The location, people with mobility difficulties would need to be mindful of steep steps or climb to the apartment. Had everything needed in terms of utilities. Had an outside space, very quiet.

Parking not easy. Shower was never very hot.

Lovely flat. Well equiped and as described. Location good unless disabled or elderly due to steep steps/hill to town and harbour. Great communication with hosts, very helpful.
