The position near the Breakwater was brilliant and gave us a nice walk into town. Close to restaurants and bars. The view was amazing right over the marina towards the sunset. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very clean.

The apartment was quite old fashioned (1960/70s) so the internal was limited in how it looked, but the owners had made the best of it.

The apartment needs decorating throughout & a good clean .The bedding needs replacing completely.

The location was great, nice little walk along the harbour and you're into Brixham centre. Free parking which was great as there was little chance of parking in Brixham that weekend! Rob was extremely friendly and helpful - talked us through the apartment and offered good local advice about walks, where to get breakfast etc. The apartment was good value for money and has a wonderful view out over the harbour towards Torquay, with a nice balcony. Spotlessly clean and a good comfy bed.

The WIFI didn't work, it connected okay but no internet. Didn't bother us as we had good 4G data signals, but might be a problem for some. I have no doubt that if we had reported it, Rob would have sorted it! Apartment was basic in terms of cutlery/kitchen utensils etc and décor is "minimalist"! These are minor concerns for us as we were out and about, this was only a base for the weekend and it fulfilled that role exceptionally well.

Apartment could really do with a spruce up, and although not really dirty, there were cobwebs on walls and a big bunch of hairs in the bathroom - I just put them in bin so no big issue. The windows were very dirty in the bedroom though. I honestly don't want to moan about it as we had the best weekend and were so close to the beach it was fabulous!

The extra chair with footstool In kitchen/lounge I feel is not needed and makes a pleasantly sized room feel small so we moved it out of the way to top of spare bed in bedroom during our stay

there wasn’t a working fan in the apartment and the check out time is a bit early but then the advantage of that is the apartment was ready from 12pm on the day of arrival

The apartment was lovely and had the most amazing views. We had everything we needed and loved Brixham itself. Rob communicated very well with us and was very friendly throughout our visit.

Some of the furniture hadn't been dusted for a while.

The location and the views over Brixham harbour & Torbay are outstanding. They have parking so you can leave the car at the start of your stay and walk everywhere. The host is very welcoming and lots of information about the property & how everything works. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great, beach just downstairs, 2 minute walk to lovely harbour then 5 minutes into town. View was spectacular, would never tire of it. Nice walk to Berry Head. Didn't use car at all while there, loads of parking at the apartments. Nothing too much trouble for Rob the owner.

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Other guests have already mentioned the apartment is dated but it has everything you need for your stay and is very clean. The views from the apartment are phenomenal and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and the sunset is just amazing. It’s just a 5 minute walk along the Marina into Brixham harbour with plenty of shops bars and restaurants. In the other direction you are 10 minutes walk to Berry Head and a number of coastal walks for you to explore a number of local bays.

This apartment is ideally suited for a relaxing, stress-free break. It's clean and tidy with everything you need. The views are to die for and it's within easy walking distance of the town, ferry and buses. Definitely coming back again.
