Nice spacious, clean house, had everything we needed. Amazing views.

Unfortunately we were let down by a previous booking, near the harbour. Booking com found this property which was great, as we could still attend the pirate festival. I wanted to add two friends into the booking, but BC told me it was a property for 5 people only, even though 6 beds. I messaged the property twice to check & ask, however I didn't get any response. Our friends stayed in Paignton, which was troublesome with transport, so not ideal. Just frustrating that we had a spare room they could have used had I been told the correct information or someone answered my query.

Lovely location beautiful gardens just outside the property where we would sit of an evening. Beautiful views over Brixham and out to sea.

The house was very well stocked with all sorts of consumables eg. kitchen towel, foil, toilet rolls, cleaning products, condiments etc. There was very helpful information for enjoyment of our stay and instructions for appliances etc. Lovely house with lots of storage space, bright and airy, really nicely decorated and furnished and amazing views and location. We loved being able to get down to the harbour in just a few minutes and everything was very easily accessible. We also really appreciated being left a bottle of wine, fresh loaf of bread, cakes and milk by the host...a lovely welcome on our arrival!

There was nothing that we disliked about the house. Some of the roads in Brixham are very narrow and some of the bends very tight! Queens Road often had no available parking spaces, but there was always parking available within easy walking distance.
