Overall, it was a great experience, good neighborhood, great ocean view! The hosts were great, very nice and highly responsive. It was great having a garage for parking!

The location of this unit is great for our needs when we visit CA - close to office, pb courts, and beach. This unit has a great sunset view and very nicely appointed. Communication with property manager was great.

Perfect location for our family vacation to the San Diego area! Very short drive to Carlsbad beach, dining, shops and Legoland. Ideal if looking for a quiet, safe (gated) community with quick access to the highway for a 30-45 minute drive to the major attractions in San Diego!

I lived in North County 23 years until recently, he is from the desert and wanted to escape the heat. We packed up the dogs and went back to my favorite place to take some time much needed time off. The time went so fast. The house was perfect for us two and our 2 dogs. We were in and out with dogs visiting all my favorite places or just relaxed on the patio enjoying the ocean breeze. We ate out or had food delivered mostly but the kitchen is well appointed if you wanted to cook. The yard is fully enclosed for the dogs or kids and mostly concrete except for the dirt in the flower beds. The only thing missing was outdoor furniture. Garage parking is nice. Great location in that you can get anywhere in Carlsbad quickly and the freeway is right there too. You can hear the freeway from the yard but it’s faint. There is a small ocean view just over the rooftops below. The house itself is adorable inside and out.

The home is well kept in a nice neighborhood. Cannot walk to beach, but you can't from a lot of places in Carlsbad. It is conveniently located and has nice views. Would stay there again.

Our family had a great vacation at this clean, comfortable home. this home is located in a great neighborhood close to the beach. the neighbors we encountered near the home and at the pool were all friendly. the home is conveniently located and we drove to the downtown San Diego area several times (approximately 30 minutes) to visit the world class zoo and tour the Midway aircraft carrier. we were also able to visit Universal Studios and returned the same day. the drive up took approximately 3 hours and the return drive approximately 2.5 hours. if we visit the San Diego area in the future we would definitely stay at this home again if the dates are open.

Property was perfect for our needs....fairly close to all the baseball fields we had to drive to. All were within 15 to 30 minutes. Also close to beach, restaurants, pool. Quiet neighborhood. Just a heads up. There were seven of us and not enough towels for the 5 days we were there. Minor things to check....not much ice with cubed icemaker. Handle of freezer is hard to pull and looks like people have nearly pulled it off the freezer door. Not much hot water noted in the afternoon when there has not been any usage. This home is very nice, totally stocked with all you need, clean and close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to shopping and attractions, especially the BEACH !

This house is very centrally located, close to the beach. Everything in the house is very comfortable. The option of the pool and hot tub was nice too. Communication with the owner Cyndi was amazing.

Wonderful house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our family loved sitting on the patio enjoying the cool ocean breeze. Close to the coaster train, grocery and restaurants. Nice walk down to Carlsbad Beach campground with a great view of the beach and ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

We were fortunate in renting this home in carlsbad california it was a last minute family trip and this home was the perfect fit,the kitchen was fully equipped bed were very comfortable and we were 6min away from the beach and if we were in need of anything or had any questions cyndi our host was available for contact it was a perfect little getaway will definitely be renting again!!!

Our family and friends needed a place to gather in Carlsbad, Ca and the Aviara was a terrific choice! This 3 bedroom 2 bath house was a perfect size and location. While there are many restaurants nearby, the plentiful amenities (including bbq) enabled us to prepare many of our own meals allowing us to spend more time together visiting and little need to go out. We highly recommend staying at the Aviara in Carlsbad, and hope to return ourselves!

We had a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were looking for our 7, 5, and 1 year old. Cyndi was an excellent host and answered all of our questions. You won't regret staying here! We are already talking about our next stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We really felt like home. The owner Cyndi was super responsive and the house was clean and well equipped. If I have to point out one thing to be improved is the beddings and pillows. The pillows are very soft and lost their shape. The bunk bed is difficult to get in and out on top. Other than that we had a wonderful time

The house was clean and everything well kept. It is in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, beach and the freeway. Great place to stay if your looking for a centralized location close to a lot of different things to do. Communication with the owner was great. Would stay here again.
