Had a great time at this property! One thing we thought was a little weird was we never got a message today of telling us how to check in or anything about our arrival time nor did we receive anything about checking out I had to go back through to find the very first email to figure it out.

Great location and cute house. It needs come clean up and maintenance. Lawn needs mowing. Lots of painting and household tools stuffed in cabinets and drawers. Screen on front door is busted. Kitchen cabinet broken, dishwasher is gross inside. Patio chairs broken and propane grill was not usable as the connection was leaking and the grates were disgusting. Disappointed for the cost of the rental didnt feel worth it.

Great layout for having multiple groups/families sleep in one spot. Very clean and lots of amenities. House stocked with plenty of stuff. Paddle boat and kayaks worked and had all parts. Love that it is right on the water! Neighbors very friendly. Only downfall is the yard in between the main house and bunkhouse floods in heavy rain, making going back and forth very wet and sloppy. Also kayaks are stored on the ground, making them very muddy and inhabited by spiders/slugs. Wish they could be hung off the fence on racks. A little elbow grease and hose, and they were fine though.

Dock was perfect for our boat, although getting to the larger part of the lake is a little bit of a challenge due to the trees and driftwood in this part of the lake. What you see on the listing is exactly what you get. This house is exactly as it appears on the listing and all the promised toys were also there and working. We had a few minutes where we could not figure out the TV and the owner responded immediately (on a Saturday) and offered to call and walk us through it. However, our son found the instruction in the property book they have in the living room. We had a great time and have absolutely no complaints about the house, however, the neighborhood is a little rough and I would like to have known that before I booked the property. I feel like the house is a bit overpriced for that neighborhood.

easy check in. Good communication with owner. Nice view of the water and kids enjoyed the kayaks.

One of the reasons we ended up choosing this place was the “peddle boat” and “kayak”. Owners have since changed what was originally said in the listing but to make a long story short, peddle boat was unsafe ( no steering, broken by previous occupants), no paddles for kayak (apparently also broken by previous occupants) and no xbox ( which was taken home by owners child). Owner first said these items weren’t listed on ad, which was false as I have a screen shot of it and began to blame everything on previous occupants which some how is my problem which makes zero sense. After a number of texts messages and a phone call, we were told that paddles for the kayak would be purchased and dropped off... NEVER HAPPENED. Was also told we’d get a partial refund which I still haven’t seen yet. The way they acted was definitely not the way to treat customers that paid a lot of money to stay at there place that DIDNT HAVE WHAT THEY SAID WAS PROVIDED. Bad experience, definitely not going back there again.

Check in was great! The lake was super nice to have so close and running to town was quick and we enjoyed our stay.

The location on the lake was great, no boat traffic. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house was cute & even the bunk house/shed was nicely decorated. The next-door neighbors who told us they were supposed to watch the house were in the yard almost every day that we were there. That was uncomfortable for us. Also, there were fire ants all over the yard & spiders literally everywhere, including in just about every corner of the house. The back porch definitely needs some work. I was afraid someone was going to fall through. Oh and there is a reason there's no light bulb in the porch light.. we made the mistake of putting one in so we could see to walk to the bunk house. Bad Idea... swarms of bugs -mostly mayflies- entered the house when the door was opened. They should warn people about that. Even with the negatives, we still had a great time & really enjoyed kayaking, canoeing & swimming off the dock. It truly is a beautiful place on the lake but the house could use some tlc and less nosey neighbors. I should also mention that I asked the owner several questions & he was very responsive & helpful.

Celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday and it was prefect! The view of the lake was amazing especially the sunset and sunrise! Everyone love the decor!! (shabby chic). We all enjoyed the paddle boat and kayak! It was a first for all of us. The bunk house we pretty awesome as well! Definitely will be booking again. Thank you!

Everything was great! Had zero problems and the house was just what we where looking for. Nice and relaxing with plenty of space!

This listing was just as expected! It was just what we were looking for for our group of 5 adults and kids ages 8 thru 17. The bunkhouse was perfect for the kids. So glad we had use of the paddle boat and kayak. The neighbors were great too! We had a lottle hiccup with the air conditioning going out, but I called the owner and he got a repairman out within 2 hours to fix it. The house got cold again (which is how we like it). Convenient location with only a few minute drive from dollar store or Davids grocery. Amazing time with family spent. So thankful I found this place. Highly recommend and would return. 🥰�

Wasn’t exactly the location we expected, but it turned out well. The location on the lake is treacherous looking from the pier if you have a boat after watching other boats navigate through the trees in the water and chatting with some locals we figured out the best way to leave the cove we were in. The boat ramp is next door, which is convenient. The neighborhood wasn’t the best at first glance, but there were some nice neighbors. The house was remodeled and my kids really enjoyed the bunkhouse.

Love this place! Great location and is perfect for a weekend trip. The bunkhouse was awesome for the kids to have their own space.
