Location great, with easy parking. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen facilities all we needed.

Spiral staircase very tight and a bit challenging. Bathroom a little claustrophobic and shower temperature hard to regulate. On arrival neat bleach still on bathroom floor which ruined dark blue shorts, with 5cm across patch bleached of colour, now ruined.

Very well thought out given it’s teeny stature 😊We had everything we needed and it was very quiet and comfortable. Very clean and tidy, good facilities.

Clean, tidy, modern, within walking distance to castle and Cathedral.

We couldn’t get in at first as was sent 2 different key codes. Bad smell on arrival, drains in bathroom? would get worse at times during our stay. Shower went from freezing to boiling so couldn’t wash my hair during our 2 night stay. Paint peeled off to bare plaster a lot around bedroom window. The paint is also cracking under living room window. Could easily be repaired to keep it at the good standard are used to here.

This cosy house was perfect for my week stay in Lincoln, straight forward to access the property on arrival, with plenty of on street parking. The house was spotless and had everything needed, the bed was especially comfy. Host Rosita was great and very responsive, will definitely be back!

Lovely, comfortable little house, walking distance from centre with easy parking very close by. Well equipped, tastefully decorated. Very comfortable big bed. Nice electric fire in the living room made it feel very cosy.

The shower was a bit hard to regulate to a useable temperature. The key lockbox was fiddly to shut properly and we ended up posting keys through letterbox when we left.

The location was within easy walking distance to the castle

The parking was bad as it was always busy outside and noisy at night. There was a musty/damp smell inside the house and the bathroom sink was hard to use as there was a cabinet above it stopping you leaning over the sink..To switch off the main bedroom light you had to get out of bed as was at the other side of the room.

A lovely little house making good use of its space. Very nicely decorated and thought out touches, made this a really pleasant stay. Brilliant location and close to pretty much everything! Bed is really comfy too. We would come again.

It has been one of the hottest weekends and there was no fan available, so I recommend bringing one. There's also no freezer so nowhere to store ice or food to use later. Very small sink in bathroom but we appreciate that space is an issue here!

had to park the car in the next street would have preferred it closer to house but it was ok - maybe a small TV in the bedroom would have been nice

The house was clean and nicely furnished. Parking was easy: right outside the house and free. It was a pleasant 15-20 minutes walk into town. The hosts communicated access codes well in advance of our arrival, which was greatly appreciated.

The only minor negative point was that the bathroom is small and not on the same level as the bedroom, which is accessed via a spiral staircase.
