This is one of the best Hotels in Dalhousie. They really take good care of you. Right from the reception, to the house keeping staff, the staff in the resturant, everyone is warm and hospitable. Just wanted to mention that we were travel sick and kind of giddy after travelling thru the winding roads but the staff were very much helpful and kind to ask us if we need any medicines etc. They have a nice spread for breakfast and Dinner as well. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality.

As the name says, it's "GRAND". amazing view from the room, great food, dining hall itself gives u a movie kind of a experience from the 80's. Karaoke nights for dinner, everyday activities and the hospitality is commendable. A special mention to shaam bhai who was our room attendant. A very polite, proffessional and honest person.

- staff was amazing and helpful - rooms are big and comfortable - great location

- they cancelled 1 room without making a call to the person booking it as payment got stuck . I would appreciate a call to confirm - food on some days was left over and I had a bad tummy due to the oil used

Great place for vacation and ultimate experience. Enjoyed the DJ night and bonfire.

The view from the ground floor rooms is excellent The food for breakfast and dinner was very good. The owner used to meet us at the dinner and was taking care of any requirements of the guests.

The staff was little casual The parking for the cars is very bad.

It was the personal attention given to us by the owner right from our arrival that really made our stay extra special. When we requested a cake for our 25th wedding anniversary, the owner not only arranged a cake but also arranged a bonfire in the evening. And all this in midst of lockdown due to the pandemic. Our stay was made really special due to the great service and excellent food provided. The hotel even provided rest room and food for our driver against their policy, due to lockdown. This hotel is highly recommended.

Just amazing and delicious..staff is so good..

We stayed for 3nights and we had some concerns with the assigned room. Despite being fully booked, Hotel management understood our concern and shifted to another room. Thanks to them for such nice gesture. Be it reception desk, room service or restaurant, overall very courteous and polite staff. We liked its food. Whatever we ordered, it was delicious. Last but not the least, this property has an amazing valley view.

There was some sound transmission issue. Perhaps its because of wooden partitions and ceiling. Even normal decibel sound and footsteps could be heard from adjacent rooms.

We were here for 2 nights. Loved our stay. Hospitality is amazing! Friendly & helpful owner and the staff. Wide range of delicious breakfast and dinner options. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The view from every room is truly Grand! We highly recommend this hotel.
