L'accueil. En arrivant très tôt le matin j'ai eu un accueil froid par le chef. Il m'a précisé que le check in est à 12 h. Ensuite il a filé une chambre à des personnes n'ayant pas réservé. Puis il m'a demandé si je partais tôt le lendemain. Ça l'arrangeait car il avait besoin d'une chambre des 7h. Lorsque qu'au bout d'une demi heure j'ai remplis les formalités et ai payé alors il a été plus sympa. Malgré tout, j'avais une chambre sur rue et un camion déchargeait du matériel jusqu'à 1 h du matin. Et le bruit mais ça c'est l'Inde

Nothing really. I left within half and hour after I already paid.

Front desk manager was anything but friendly. Room was not sound isolated - you could literally hear everything from the outside. Bed was not properly cleaned when I arrived and the matress was so worn out you could feel the wood beneath it. I didn't recieve any blanket to cover up. It said that room has city view and balcony - none of that was in the room - i was staying on the ground floor which means that they are leading on people with using description that is not true at all. Room was dark and there was still hair from previous guests on the floor.

Mr. Shankar, has made our stay very comfortable and even with his contacts arranged the cabs for the nearby tourist places within our budget, by negotiating on our behalf. Very well explained, how we can plan our tour in an orderly manner for the nearby places, which we are planned to visit. Recommend this hotel for all, as it is very near to the west gate of the temple and also nearby to the eateries.

Services and facilities are good. They agreed for early check in.

Actually I have booked for 4 members. But allocated room has 2 beds which are small such that only 3 could be accommodate. I have slept on the floor.

Rooms no cleanness

Unhygenic desk. Occupied a not not working TV in the already conjusted desk. It was a small uncomfortable room. In 3 night stay, no body attended the room for cleaning. There was no pillow covers. Bed sheet not changed.

Owner is funny and gives loads of information. Great location for food and temples. On the other side of the street is Avery good restaurant on the first floor.
