Failed to inform or state on adverts that there was no resteraunt or bar and neighbouring hotels all residents only. And seem to think playing dance music blaring till 2 am is OK

The staff was friendly, but didn't speak much English.

Calling this a 4 star luxury property is a strong over-statement. My mom and I were given a room on the 3rd floor (which looked very different than the second floor - so perhaps there are better rooms downstairs?) The entire floor was lit by red lights, no natural light or even white light to see clearly. Upon entry the room, which was also lit by red lights, smelled terribly of smoke. It was so bad we didn't even want to enter. While the room itself is quite large, the ceiling slants so you can only stand up in about half of it and have to crawl on your knees to reach the windows, which were blocked off by curtains that were secured in place so we couldn't open them. The cleanliness was very questionable (especially when we could only see with red light, though the bathroom did seem clean and decent) and we felt very uncomfortable in the space. There was a lot of noise from other guests. They also wanted to charge 20 euro for the airport shuttle, when it's a 6 minute drive from the airport. Given the circumstances, we decided not to stay the night and had to book ourselves in a difference hotel. There is no elevator, so plan to haul your luggage up stairs.

Terrible location. Close to the airport but no transport. You can walk 25 min to the nearest train station Casoria Afragola ( like I did). And the transfer to the airport is 20 euros discounted especially for the hotel.

The hotel was a low end hotel compared to hotels in the USA that claim luxury The walls were paper thin and you could hear the TV next store. The front door to the room felt like cardboard. The restaurant was not open but we’re were offered in room dinning from a limited menu which we thought about and once we saw the menu declined. We had to ask for cups for the room and no coffee maker. The Wi-Fi was non existent. The desk staff was very helpful. But beware….there is no elevator and our room was 2 flights up. The desk clerk did carry our luggage up to our room. The spacious hotel room was clean but sparse The hotel was 15 -20 minutes to the airport The hotel claimed closer They have a negotiated rate was a cab company to the airport

I spent one day in Naples on a business trip and stayed overnight in this hotel. Although the name is Masaniello Luxury, the accommodation is nothing to do with luxury... Simple room overlooking of an empty land, cold night without a proper blanket, shower not functioning perfectly, dirt and hair over the toilet. The restaurant was closed. The staff at the reception speaks only a few words in English, we had to communicate through Google Translator. Upon arrival I requested an official invoice for my company, they promised to hand it over later in the evening. In the evening they promised the invoice to be ready the next morning, at check-out. At check-out they said they would email me the document later, during the day. I hadn't received the invoice, so I kept on texting them. Every time they just kept on promising and delaying, and finally it took 4 days to receive the email from them. But the so-called invoice was full of mistakes, although I gave them the company details 3 times. The date was also incorrect, and it was not even written the hotel's name on the document, nor what I paid that amount for. I just simply gave up explaining what I need. I do not recommend the hotel and its services at all.

I didn't like the mirrors at the side of the bed . I felt it was creepy, also on the Web site there are flat like cushions on the floor 😳 I found this all very strange It felt weird and not unlike a brothal like atmosphere that you see in the windows of Amsterdam. Red lighting dark walls ..mirrors. I even got to thinking were the mirrors 2 way . I also found the place eg skirting boards , shower...very dirty the thought of sleeping well even staying in the bed creepy ...so I left and spent the night in the airport

being a airport hotel it’s not unexpected to have traffic through the night but the walls are thin and the rooms were really noisy

1. dirty 2. furniture in the room broken, balcony doors not closing, tapestry damaged in numerous places. this isn’t a 4 star hotel!!! 3. breakfast missing half of articles advertised on their website. 4. staff not so cordial would not stay there again

it was absolutely wonderful! the staff (Francisco, Mary) were wonderful and very accommodating! the restaurant has delicious food! Francisco arranged taxi for us, brought us drinks, helped carry our luggage…awesome! highly recommend!

The rooms were eh, bed wasn’t super comfy. The location was sketchy. For $60/night it was fine.

The staff is very friendly. At first we got a room with smoke smell. After talking to the staff. He helped us change the room. He help us call taxi to Naples with regular cost.

I was looking for a quick night stay. The taxi from airport to hotel is DOABLE because it consider next city. 8 minutes taxi cost me 37 euro. CALL the hotel for help. They can get you normal price taxi. The hotel is next to a partying rental place. Someone throw a birthday party and it was non stop for the entire night. Damn good thing I got earplugs else this would be a 1 star stay. Very helpful staff tho.

Housekeeping did finally send a maintenance person to fix it WiFi did NOT work Very loud hotel event going on in the evening til 11:00 or later Entrance hard to find. Taxi circled twice and we finally got off at gas station next door

The big plus here is the mattress; excellent support, apparently new foam-type. Let down slightly by flat pillows and no spares; had to fold pillow in half to get anywhere near comfortable. That said, the rooms were clean, and we got good sleep. A/C is quiet and works well.

THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! We are all retirees, staying here because of the hotel's proximity to the airport and our ridiculously early flight out. Not only is there no elevator, there are no rooms on the ground floor and there was no one to help us hump all our stuff up the stairs. Even though we prepaid, the somewhat surly desk man wanted to keep our passports until we left (at 4am) and wouldn't be dissuaded; it took intervention from his (far more friendly and helpful) superior to get our passports back before we went to bed. Decor is outdated and tacky. Hotel stands right next to a fairly busy road, so having the balcony door open was noisy, but with the door closed and a/c on, it was acceptably quiet. Price included breakfast (no choice), but since we left before breakfast was being served, we feel we should have received a discount. There was no provision for making tea or coffee in the room. WiFi was incredibly slow. In sum, we got a decent night's sleep, but we're glad it was just one night.
