Comfy beddings and proximity to the mall. Great staff, Ahmed and Famara from reception were so kind and one more guy I forgot his name... From concierge he was kind enough to help take a photo of me and my husband. Thank you

The stay was short so we didn't try everything

This is our second time. We like the hotel and its atmosphere and swimming pool.

This time it was too crowded and swimming pool was too crowded will so many ppl and the water colour itself changed. Nothing wrong with the hotel. It’s with the ppl

Le personnel est très gentil. C’est tout.

Le petit déjeuner pour ma part c’est inadmissible. Si vous optez pour cet hôtel, levez vous à 6h30 pour être sûr de bénéficier de choix, sinon il n’y aura plus rien. Certains aliments ne sont pas remplacés, buffet vide … Dommage mais grand flop ! Le ménage dans la chambre et superficiel, il reste toujours des saletés dans la salle de bain et les lits ne sont pas changés quotidiennement, mon fils était malade et a vomit dans le lit, le lendemain les draps était les mêmes. J’ai dû faire une réclamation à la réception. Maintenant, j’étais dans l’hôtel pendant l’orage d’avril 2024, le personnel n’a rien fait pour la piscine pendant plus de 48h et je trouve cela dommage, car nous sommes client et nous venons en vacances ! Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hôtel, rapport qualité/prix. C’est peut être moins cher mais vous êtes réellement loin de tout, même de Dubaï Marina, et votre argent passera dans les transports en communs.

The rooms , the pool area , how clean it was , location

The location is superb knowing JBR area is very near and having a mall beside is indeed an advantage giving us immediate needs to be answered. The gym as well is so good for a hotel. I love the pool side vibes makes me feel relaxed.

The breakfast is not that good for four star hotel. It should be great if more varieties to offer. The Pele restaurant's waiters and waitresses are not attentive to the customers. Been waiting for 30mins for order then only to find out it is not available. Another thing I didn't like the pool is small for the number of visitors.

Свежий, чистый, с удобными кроватями, идеально белой постелью, классными подушками отель. Ухоженный, вкусно пахнет. Классный завтрак - все основное есть. Большая уютная зона бассейна. Точно вернусь. На выходе из отеля транспортный узел - автобусы, в тч из Абу Даби, в аэропорт, метро, стоянка такси. Прекрасный щоппинг молл прям под отелем, там можно и перекусить при желании.
