El equipamineto de la cabaña estaba basta buena, cumplia con todo lo que uno quisiera pedir

que la hora del checking no fuera 24 , pese a esto igual no esperaron pasado las 22:00 pm

Price was very good. Open courtyard was lovely.

The noise from other cutest, smoking outside rooms was not pleasant as we needed doors/window open for airflow as no fan or AC.

Super welcoming, super family friendly, everybody I saw and met were happy, obviously to begin with on arrival you're welcomed, and it got happier after that, beautiful facilities, super convenient location for EVERYTHING, SUPER VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY, you will be surprised, take a leap, not EVERYTHING that seems cheap IS

There was a full bin of rubbish upon arrival, sheets and blankets were dirty you could tell they just pulled the covers up an d didn’t change after the last guests 😭 fridge was fishy and had food splatters bathroom was disgusting basin was filthy was very appalling but there was no other accommodation in town so we didn’t want to risk getting booted out. They took the payment from my card even though it stated pay at property and the guy manager was very creepy

A friendly, helpful welcome. John the guy who showed us our room was very helpful Great room for a family. Well equipped too.

The time of check in on booking.com incorrectly said check in 2p.m to 6pm when it should read 10p.m. Our bus was delayed and was worried we would miss our key. We had no WiFi so worried and rushed from city in an expensive taxi when we did not need to.

The location and price for what you pay for liked that it was secluded and located off the main road down a nice driveway tucked away.

Has many windows for air circulation during summer, not too far from the mount & bayfair, approx 12-15 mins drive. Staffs are friendly, and welcoming

No allocated parking, we came back around 9.30pm on two nights, and there were no parking available, we had to park outside. We stayed at unit 3, and Bathroom was smelly when we checked in. bed linen has heaps of lints, made us very uncomfortable to sleep. extremely squeky wooden floor & Deck, even when you walk normally, it would make so much noise, as a result makes the place very noisy at night and morning and hard for us to rest.

I liked the facilities. I liked the workers found them really friendly. Rooms were very tidy and clean. Loved the warmth of the fire.

Smoking and drinking in common areas that are shared with other guests and children. Kitchen needs an overview. Maybe checklist or stocklist of items meant to be in there. There was no cups or glasses for drinks when we sat down to have dinner. Some of the other guests treated us like we weren't welcome and used the common areas as of it was their space/home and made us feel really uncomfortable and guilty for being in there. Common areas were dirty with too many personal peoples belongings in there aswel. Parking was super hard in both the ute & van we took. Far to many carparks were blocked with cones in front of them. Maybe number each car park space to the room numbers so each room has atleast a minimum of 1 space allocated each.

L’accueil était chaleureux. Le personnel n’a pas hésité à discuter avec nous pendant le séjour. La chambre était propre et c’était bien d’avoir un lavabo et un miroir sans avoir besoin d’aller à la salle de bain. Il était aussi très agréable de pouvoir se mettre en terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et profiter du soleil dans un cadre convivial.

Mauvaise isolation phonique et règles de silence non appliquées. Il est écrit partout de ne plus faire de bruit après 10h mais on pouvait entendre les gens s’agiter derrière le mur vers 1h du matin alors que nous avions grandement besoin de sommeil…

Didn't include breakfast - we were there for a place to stay, but the location was close enough from the hospital for us, as all but one had travelled down from the Kaikohe and Whangarei. Nice, quiet off the main road accomodation.

What's not to like? It had everything we needed for a temporary overnight stay.

Checking is was Easy. Friendly Staff. Nice and clean room. The Shared Kitchen was well stocked. NewWorld was just 5 mins drive. Loved It.

Hello there! Our stay with you was amazing. The room was perfect. The check-in was quick, and check-out system was pretty convenient because we left early in the morning. And I have to tell you that your towels and your bedlinen are just perfect, I really appreciate that kind of quality.

Privatzimmer sahen wirklich okay aus, Gemeinschaftsraum war sehr groß, WLAN hat gut funktioniert.

Mehrbettzimmer in einem schlechten Zustand, war nicht abschließbar und sogar nach außen offen. Gewechselte alte Bettlaken lagen den ganzen Tag noch am Boden rum.

They have a homeless program going on paid by government. They shouldnt mix tourist with homeless. The place smells bad. Also too far from pier The place smells bad. I booked for 2 day; the next, I asked for the money back for the remaining day.

When we got there at 5:40pm we wait for the office to answer the phone so we can check in but no one’s answering the phone assistance. When we finally got someone after 30mins of waiting they gave us the key went to the room and the room Wasn’t clean or someone still staying in there. Very poor customer service

Beds weren't very comfortable. Wasn't what I was expecting from when I booked. Very noisy inconsiderate neighbours.

Pictures in booking.com are not the reality, I know that it is a backpackers, but it can be a more clean space. Our room had a bad smeling. It wasn't clean properly, public spaces were super dirty, it says that it has for making coffee or tea but nothing was in the room, I think we pay too much for what we had
