Every year my son and I (and at times, my son in laws) go on an annual fishing trip in the Bradenton area. This is the third time I have stayed at this property and as always it was clean, and the check in process was seamless. On this trip it was my son and wife but I have been here with my son and two son in laws and there is plenty of room. It's a nice home.

This house was perfect for our family. We especially loved how kid friendly it was. Communication with Eric was great! Our questions were answered in a timely manner.

Nice house for the most part. Temp of the house never got down past 76, that was even with nobody being there all day, when we got back from the beach still at 76. Ring camera located at door bell and security light, not in description of property details. Both propane tanks were empty, no extra bath towels or wash cloths so had to wash them during our stay, didn't want to use one towel for the whole stay.

House was nice….. pool was cold… and house air was set too warm…

This house was perfect for our spring break getaway. Close to Anna Maria and the other beaches but far enough away that you aren’t in the craziness of that area. Lots of space in the house for two adults and three teens and could easily have had two full families in the house. Everything was spotless when we checked in and tons of bath and beach towels available. Also, very comfortable beds and bedding. The pool was nice and refreshing for the kids.

The house is accurately described in the VRBO listing with one exception. Renters are not permitted to adjust the air conditioning. Eric regulates the thermostat to a minimum of 76F. Upon arrival, we quickly inquired with Eric in two different messages asking if the thermostat regulation was disclosed and did not receive a direct answer. With every ceiling fan running during our four-night stay, the primary bedroom was a warm and uncomfortable experience. We woke up each night to a thermostat reading of 77 degrees. We have rented many homes in south Florida in the summer and have not encountered this problem before. A one and done for us.

7 childhood friends having a reunion-this was the perfect home! The location was central to beaches, parks and restaurants! Our host responded promptly to any and all questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our sibling/spouse getaway!! Clean, comfortable and beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Communication with Eric was timely and very helpful. We loved hanging around the house and pool as well as enjoying all the wonderful beaches, restaurants and shopping in the area. We were sad to leave today and hope to return again in the future!

Relaxing, private, clean everything supplied stress free

My son, son in laws and I were down in the area for our annual fishing trip. We always rent a house with a pool. This house was in a perfect location, off of 75th between Manatee Ave and Cortez. The pool, facilities and communication was perfect. We would stay here again!

There was a total of 7 of us saying here and we had a wonderful time! The house was very well updated, set up and clean. All the amenities were perfect and the pool was very refreshing! Would certainly recommend this rental to anyone!

Had a nice time here, plenty of room here. We had 5, but easily could have had a few more. Property has recently been updated and is in good shape. Would have liked the pool heater to have been included in the rental since it is advertised, and the pool would have been warmer when we arrived vs having to wait for it to warm up. Other than that all was great.

We had such a great time. We certainly needed a break and Eric made it possible. Beautiful home in a beautiful place. The pool was a dream. Definitely recommend!!!!!

This is a very beautiful home in a nice quiet area of Bradenton at the end of a cul-de-sac. The open floor plan and high ceilings provide a spacious living area, especially considering we arrived during the pandemic. The master bedroom is very large with a comfortable king size bed and a beautiful upscale adjoining bathroom. The other bedrooms are very well appointed, with a beautiful second bath. The home was very clean, the furnishing very comfortable, the decor beautiful and the pictures on VRBO accurate. As most things were closed during our stay, we spent a lot of time sitting out by and swimming in the pool and enjoying the large back yard. Eric was very responsive and helpful.
