Need a new mattress and couch

Condo is older but clean and close to beach.

We had a great time! So close to beach and nice people!

I loved how close we were to the beach. If it hadn't been so cold, we would have spent our whole trip on the sand. There is an unheated pool at this property. It caused a little bit of confusion until I realized the heated pool was at a different location. But if you visit in the summer having the pool and the beach that close would be perfect.

What a great stay! It felt as if I was staying at a friend's place, not a hotel room. Highly recommend..

We enjoyed the location and the views were great. The pool was nice and the neighborhood is quiet. Parking was easy and check in and communication was great. Overall, it was a nice stay. The couch is terribly uncomfortable. And the queen mattress has seen better days. Also, we found some housekeeping issues, but issues were handled quickly and friendly.

Overall this was a great stay! The property is smaller but we did not spend much time inside other than sleeping and hanging out before sleeping. The property is very well maintained with plenty of amenities that fit our needs! You also get a text from the company asking how our stay was the next day of us being there.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Limited supplies but enough to be comfortable. Property manager responded quickly to questions.

Difficulty communicating with property manager. Directions not clear and key didn’t work.

We had trouble checking in as there was no gate card in our lock box. Overall it was very relaxing and would stay again.

This area is the best (and quiet) with the pool and ocean access right on site. We have stayed in various apartments in this complex before and they always meet our needs. Some of the finishing touches could be upgraded (and the bed) but it did not matter because the location is awesome!

We went as a family of 4. Pictures are very accurate. It’s small. We got lucky with the weather and didn’t spend much time inside the condo. The pool and beach location were great and we were able to spend lots of time at both. We could also walk to a few restaurants. We also drove to the heated pool once. It was very nice and clean. The water was very warm (almost too warm). It was nice that we had access to it as well if it had been cooler. We also liked that it was on the quieter side of Tybee. We would visit again!

Overall, our stay at the condo was enjoyable. The location was fantastic, and we loved being within walking and biking distance of everything on the island. The pool and beach access were great, although they were a bit chilly in April, which was expected. The size of the space was nice, especially considering the price. Our kids were comfortable in their beds and enjoyed their stay. However, the main bed was disappointing. The memory foam was too squishy, causing my girlfriend and me to roll toward the middle of the bed throughout the night. Overall, it was very uncomfortable. It would have also been nice to have a TV in the bedroom. The bathroom access from the main room was obstructed by a cabinet, which was inconvenient, but we understand the need for some extra storage. We also experienced some issues with decor falling due to poor or nonexistent wall attachments. Additionally, the room was missing some items, such as oven mitts, which would have been helpful during our stay. There was also some confusion with the pool hours as the instructions were inconsistent in various locations around the complex. There is a pool on this complex open 9 am - 9 pm but there is an additional pool on the Island that Southern Bell Rental Guests have access to that you must request the code and closes by 5 pm. Despite these issues, we still recommend this condo for its location, pool, and beach access, and reasonable price.

This condo is perfect for families with kids. We were literally steps away from the swimming pool, which also had a separate baby/toddler pool (I believe it was around 1 1/2 - 2 ft deep). Also the boardwalk to the beach was right there! Perfect for quick set up and if we needed to run back to the room for lunch or to fetch something. The beach was more of a bay area, so it was very calm and shallow water. We also saw several dolphins every day while out on the beach! There's lots of restaurants and the heated pool is just a short drive away. There is one coffee shop and shopping area that's just a short walk away! The condo itself worked great for us because we have two little ones (6 &3) that slept on the bunk beds. HOWEVER, the only con I have is that there is no railing on the top bunk, so we brought our own, but there was also no ladder. So if you have littles, be mindful of that. Overall, great stay for our little family! We would choose to stay here again if visiting Tybee Island.

This property was really great! Just the right size for my husband and I for a long weekend. Super close to the beach and gated so very safe. The whole island was truly lovely. The bed wasn't the same as my bed at home but that was our only complaint. I would recommend this location to others for sure!

Nice location, some roof work on building A was noisy and we were not informed of it. Otherwise enjoyed it. Unit is in need of some refreshing. It would have been nice to have use of beach chairs.

Great January stay! Warmer weather than anticipated. Easy access to local attractions. VRBO met our needs and is conveniently situated.

Nice place for 2, the instructions on check-in were very vague. When I arrived I did not know to look for a parking lot on the right and realize that is where the lock box was located. The rep on the phone that I had to call was very helpful.

First of all we arrived after it was dark and the building was not well marked and had poor lighting on the building number. The front door did not have a deadbolt or even a chain lock. We were not comfortable with that. The unit was a little dated and run down and the pictures online make it look so much better than it is. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked and had scuffs on the walls and peeling paint. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable and the chair back was broken and had to be propped against the wall. There was no television in the bedroom. The air return in the hall was rusty and ill fitted to its frame. The written directions say to put dishes in the dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher. (We did wash the dishes). The directions for returning the key and gate card to the lock box could have been better.

It was great place to stay futon wasn’t that comfortable but for the price you can’t beet it.

Would choose again.

The property was small but adequate for one. The amenities looked good, but I was visiting family most of the time. I would definitely stay there again.

Second time at this particular condo.. Stayed at this condo complex many times. The only issue I had was the mattress... Too soft for me . Check in was great. Weather was beautiful.

The management company was great and the property was very clean. I’d recommend this to my family and friends.

needs to be updated with better furniture. Who wants to come back from the beach and relax on a futon? The bed was also from the 1960's. We did not sleep well.

Great property in a great location. Beach and pool were wonderful. Lovely local shopping and dining. Close to Savannah for site seeing.

The resort itself was very nice, enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. The checkin process was fine, the instructions were clear. The condo itself was small and in definite need of updating. It seemed clean but the appearance of the rug ( stains) and overall need for repainting had an unclean feeling. The mattress was ok, it was on the soft side but the most annoying thing was the shower head. Not sure if it was due to water pressure but it was not good. We tried all the different settings on the shower head, all produced very little water. We honestly dreaded getting a shower. We enjoyed our week at the beach, visiting Tybee and all the local restaurants but we wouldn’t stay in this condo again. We don’t normally leave an unsatisfactory review but we wanted to be honest for other renters.

It was exactly what i was looking for. Its well built and solid, gets the job done.
