De ruimte van het huis was goed, alleen zou ik het stapelbed vervangen voor 2 volwaardige bedden. Want volwassenen passen hier niet goed in. Gelukkig hadden we alleen het onderste bed nodig, maar comfortabel was het niet.

We hebben veel contact met de eigenaar moeten hebben, de jacuzzi werkte in eerste instantie niet, evenals de verlichting van het zwembad. De douche in de masterbedroom werkt minimaal qua waterdruk, terwijl de andere douches prima waren. En we hadden last van kakkerlakken. Hebben hier melding van gemaakt, meerdere keren. Maar er is nooit iemand langs geweest. Ondanks de wasmachine mogen er wel meer handdoeken en beddengoed neergelegd worden. Daarnaast viel de ligging erg tegen. Zeker als je vaak richting Orlando moet heb je veel last van files ongeacht het moment van de dag.

The property was in a great quite location, very spacious, and a very warm pool! Also it was nicely prepared by the cleaning person.

On the Second night of the stay we experienced a very bad roach problem, we contacted that host about the matter but didn’t get a respond and still haven’t gotten a response. Other than that, it’s a very great comfortable and cozy place to stay for vacation.

Home away from Home! Family and friends joined me on this mini vacation, adults 40+to 90 years young. This was an very nice adventure and life celebration for me, my family and friends. Our vacation spot "Gorgeous 5 Bd Single Family with Pool 5528" was full of comfort and tranquility! My mom, a 78-year-old chef, who loves to cook, loved the spacious kitchen and the primary suite that adjoined it. Having five bedrooms and five bathrooms was heaven on earth. Perfect for my family and friends. The 2 primary suites and 2 living rooms made a great difference especially having a TV in every room. The garage with an entry way to the kitchen was a great convenience to empty the minivan of groceries and our luggage. We would have preferred a pool table in the garage but, we made due with the fuzz ball game! The pool and hot tub were perfect however, a watch your step sign should be posted so that folks can notice the step down on the way to the patio. It is a steep step. Greatly appreciated the quick and response from staff. The next time I'm in Davenport I would love to re-book this property!

Day to day supplies were very limited for a 5 bedroom home. I had to purchase toilet paper, dish/hand soap, and garbage bags along with filters for the coffee pot... The furniture is old and outdated and tattered. The mattresses were hard, not comfy at all, not enough seating outside by the pool. I did not like that the pool was being serviced and the person did not announce themselves upon arrival. This man just simply popped in and serviced the pool. I was the host, to 6 seniors, mostly women who were concerned about this man in the pool area who did not even say good morning. My biggest pet peeve was that I had to wash the towels after having to pay a cleaning fee and needed to purchase detergent to do so. This concerned me with the cleanliness of the actual towels and bed linen prior to our arrival. Are the sheets and comforters being truly washed? The carpets could use a deep clean. Cleaning fee is steep for a vacation home depending on vacationers to pre-clean.

TV was out of service entire weekend and no response by property manager. Poor WiFi had to walk outside to make phone calls. Since COVID-19 TV would have been nice to watch.
