This was a great place for our family to stay in Arizona. The property owners were amazing and very helpful. Their communication was very prompt and they went above and beyond. I would definitely rent from them again.

We came to town for Spring Training, the whole house was in perfect condition and amenities (house supplies/appliances, game room area, toiletries, pool, etc) were great! The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and very accommodating as well. All in all we will definitely keep this house in mind if we visit again!

This rental had it all…from ease of renting and communication to all the great amenities that most places don’t even think of🌺 Local area had everything we were there to see and hike and dine- Easy 20 minutes to airport

Very comfortable house. Beds and linens excellent. Pool clean and well maintained. Games room was a nice way to spend a few hours. Kitchen well appointed. Our hosts were very attentive to any of our requests. We'll be back.

Was able to come into town for a football game at ASU. The owners were amazing. Easy to work with and no problems. House was beautiful and in a good part of town. Ubering to and from locations and airport was easy. Thank you.

I’m a little emotional typing this review, this house became our home away from home for a week and I’m terribly sad leaving it! Stefan and Devin did a wonderful job hosting my family and I! They were very quick to respond and very nice! The house was just lovely! The pool is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the diving board and the pools toys provided! The house was stocked with essentials and even had snacks ready for us! Big bonus! We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Everything was smooth and easy!

My 2 priorities were safe area and great pool. Everything was easy to get to and the neighborhood was great for taking walks. Lots of basic stores close by for anything you need.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were amazingly comfortable and we enjoyed using the combo pool table and air hockey in our down time there. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was convenient to everyplace that we wanted to go (spring training games, Scottsdale, Tempe restaurants, hockey at ASU). Nobody was a fan of the bathroom doors, however, which are a little quirky (sliding barn doors) and not entirely private.

We really enjoyed four nights in this quiet neighborhood. Location is great with lots of good dining choices and access to highways within one mile. House and four bedrooms are very comfortable and there is a nice patio and pol with fire pit. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and even provided some snacks! Would definitely recommend.

The home had everything we needed! It was centrally located near everywhere we needed to go!

Stefan and Devin were the best hosts ever! They were extremely accessible for any questions and concerns we had. This was probably one of the cleanest properties that I have ever stayed in over the years. The home was well appointed and the the kitchen was fabulous. Our teen boys loved the game room and pool! Most excellent stay overall!

This is a wonderful home the owners have created. It’s both peaceful and beautiful and fun at the same time. It appears newly remodeled, beautifully designed, and perfectly appointed. In addition to anything you might need in the kitchen including spices and condiments, and snack treats, there are beach towels and shower towels. The bed was new, clean, and comfortable mattress. The entire home was extremely clean and neat. The pool is immaculately clean and warm even at the end of October! I swam almost every day ! There are spots to lay in the sun, and also in the shade throughout the day. It’s in a safe walkable neighborhood near any basic store you might need: Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Target, Fry’s and the reasonably priced and wonderfully tasty Wild Flower Café open from 8 AM to 8 PM, and within easy driving to really almost anywhere in East Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa or Scottsdale. The owners were thoughtful, kind, and considerate and quickly responsive to whatever need or question I had. I came here for the peace and relaxation and was happily rewarded. Unfortunately I did have some business to attend to so it took me away from the backyard and pool but I was always happy to return to it at the end of the day. I highly highly recommend this place whether alone, with a couple or with your family. The kitchen is large enough that you could have even more than one cook! And the pool table was a fun escape the couple of times I used it with my niece who lives nearby.

Two of the reasons we chose this place was for the secure gate around the pool and the simplicity of the home. There weren't many breakables sitting on fancy coffee tables for the little ones to get into. There were also things like a pack and play and highchair. All these things made staying here a truly relaxing experience! I would definitely recommend this place if you have young kids.

We had a wonderful stay as we celebrated our son’s graduation. The property was wonderful. The owners responded very quickly when we had questions. The pool was fantastic.

We had a great stay with my parents, and my two kids (6 and 3). The house is set up great so my parents could have a the master on one end of the house, and we could take the bedrooms with the kids on the other end. The pool was great, plenty warm, deep, and so much fun. There were so many nice touches, like snacks, tons of towels, pool toys, etc. Neighborhood is nice and so close to Fry's and Target. Overall, would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our family spring break. The pool is clean. The location is perfect everything you will need is 10-15 mins or less away. The property owners are responsive. My kids had a great time. We felt safe. There were bees near the pool however the pool guy cleared the flowers out of the pool and that made a big difference. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location for easy access to all the major attractions, activities, and shopping and eating possibilities while still being in a nice neighborhood close to grocery stores, gas stations, Target etc. We hiked every day in all different directions on different mountain ranges, visited several attractions like Desert Botanical Gardens, Butterfly World , Japanese Gardens, Old Town Scottsdale and ate out nightly throughout the area near and far before relaxing back at the home and enjoying a restful sleep on comfortable beds. Although we did not use the pool, it was very nice and families with children would enjoy the foosball, air hockey etc. Would definitely recommend

In town visiting family, this was the PERFECT home away from home! Well furnished, lots of amenities, and super friendly and helpful hosts. There is a charge for more than 6 guests, but the place was well worth it. We will try to book this place when we visit again next year, Lord willing. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
