The house is very roomy and clean. It has a large pool deep enough to accommodate virtually any needs. There is also a pool table and a choice of board games in case if one ever gets tired of seating on the patio or in a bar section. The property is dog-friendly and is fensed to offer privacy and security. Beaches are only 20 min away and are of a great quality. The property manager (Kristi) answered all our questions in a matter of seconds. We had a great time there. Thanks for having us!

I can not say enough about how wonderful this home was for us. The pool and outdoor space was amazing! We swam every day and every night! We played cards and hung out on the patio every day and night! It is awesome there is a tv out there for sports , news or whatever you like to have on. The pool table was used every night. The living room was so comfy and homie! We watched movies in the evenings after a long day out in the sun. The beds were comfy and it was close to the beach and shops. I actually have nothing negative to say about this place. Whenever I had any questions before or during the stay Kristi or Nate responded right away! We had two families staying here with 6 kids total ( ages 16-22) Everyone raved about it being the most ideal place to stay and it really made our vacation what it was! We will definitely be booking this again!

We looked at places that would keep our two families close but would also allow our pets. We had never rented a house with friends before, and this was definitely accommodating! It rained more than we would have liked, but the pool table and games were great to have for those times when we couldn’t go to the beach. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The dog enjoyed the yard and being off his leash. The location is near everything. We were pleased!

The pool was very big with one deep end which is lovely to find in a vacation rental. The bed in the Master was beyond comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again at this property.

The pictures of this home, like many other reviews state does it no justice! Wow, talk about beautiful! My family and I came down from MD for a family wedding and were contemplating a move to FL after staying here. Everything you need was in the home including ice. The rooms were large and clean. Although my boys complained about the size of the TV in their room, the living room monster made up for it. The host was very responsive and provided clear directions for check in and checkout. The pool, although, not heated, was perfect. We enjoyed using the multitude of toys available as well. It looks well maintained and we left it the same beautiful way we found it. If we come down to this area again, this will definitely be the house we choose. You won't be disappointed. 😉

This property did not disappoint it was everything and more that we hoped for! It’s a short drive to the beach and was the perfect spot for catching up with friends and family. We hope to visit again next year!

The house had plenty of room and was well equipped for our needs. The outdoor space is fabulous. We loved sitting outside and watching the birds on the pond. The nearby Robinson Nature Preserve is spectacular for hiking, kayaking, biking and bird watching. Napping on the comfy patio couch was the best! Thanks.

we gathered for Christmas week and needed space since covid would not allow us any outings. this home was perfect. the house is large vintage florida with just the right amount of updates, and above all, space. the extra large yard on the lake was clutch for the dogs and kids. it was too cold for the pool, though we did take a polar plunge and spent lots of time hanging out by it. only disappointment (very minor) was that there is no fire pit as shown in the photos. (upon review it is not listed in the amenities)would definitely rent again and recommend.

This beautiful house and property provided everything and more for a fabulous stay. The pool and game room added extra entertainment. This was the best vrbo we've ever stayed at and we cannot wait until our next visit!!

This was the best family vacation we have had in a while. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our vacation during the pandemic. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool, the pool table and seeing the turtles in the lake, and the dogs loved the big yard. Wonderful experience!

Originally we had booked a place on the beach. With COVID-19 felt a house would be safer. Best decision ever to rent this house, it was beautiful! High quality towels and linen. House was well stocked, with lots of room. Beach and stores were a short drive. Property manager was very responsive. The property is gated and very private with a wonderful view of the backyard pond. The grand kids loved feeding the turtles and doing a little fishing. They said it was the best vacation ever, they didn't want to go home! We will be back next year.

This house made a miraculous long weekend even more special. My father has been trying to find his biological mom for over 50 years. We live up here outside of Boston and we finally found her down in Bradenton. We rented this amazing home and hosted her and other relatives all weekend. What a wonderful experience in this home! Everyone who walked in was so impressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were four bathrooms, three with showers! But the most impressive was the outside area under the lanai. The pool was larger than any other I’ve seen in other rentals, there was ample seating between the table, couch, and bar stools, and plenty of lights for evenings.

This was the perfect rental for my family as we traveled from Ohio to Florida for a high school graduation! The lanai and pool were perfect for relaxing, socializing, and entertaining the kiddos!

This house is perfect for entertaining! My son got married on Anna Maria, we had people visiting us from all over. It was so nice to have room for adults and kids !! Great kitchen great outdoor space and bedrooms worked out well for us . We will definitely be back !!

Three mature couples enjoyed everything about the house. The location, the furnishing, the security, and of course, the pool /patio area. This home was absolutely perfect for my family. We came down for spring break and the location was great. Close enough to the beaches for an easy drive, but away from the crazy traffic if you had to make a quick trip to the store. This house had everything we needed and more! There were 7 of us (2 adult couples and 3 kids) plus a fur-baby that enjoyed a week away from the snows of Indiana. The mornings were peaceful with the birds flying over the lake searching for a morning meal. But the sunsets! The sunsets were amazing not only from the house, but from the beaches as well. Our last night we took a trip to Anna Maria to watch our last Florida sunset, and I'm not kidding it was magical. The fish were jumping. Someone got married and when the sun finally dipped below the horizon everyone clapped. It is something my children and I won't forget. The house was wonderfully furnished with plenty of fridge space and every type of dishware, glassware, serving utensil, etc that you could need. The pool area had it's own mini-fridge and bathroom making going into the house unnecessary when enjoying the pool. The closets were all spacious and the three bedrooms were large in size. There were also three full baths which was so nice to not have to share between parents and kids! The dining room table was large and seats 10 which was great for our family. There is a hall closet that comes stacked with games and a pool table for the rainy days when the pool isn't an option. There were plenty of pool and beach toys. Every room was nicely furnished and in great shape. The front door is a beautiful hand carved wood door that must be original to the house. It was a work of art! I really can't say enough about this place! It was perfectly sized for our family. It was a perfect vacation for all of us, and we felt completely refreshed and relaxed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and please do not go to full month only rental like so many in the area are doing!! Some of us can only take a week, but we need this luxury too! :)
