We loved the location of this property with close proximity to the slopes. The property managers tried to address our minor problems, however, it would have been better to not have any issues. Issues were the tvs didn’t work and the pull out sofa wasn’t clean. Fortunately, we didn’t absolutely need the tvs but…

Great location for ski trip, across the street from Eagle Lodge. Spacious and roomy.

Great location and perfect for our family. My sister was in the condo across the hall. The only drawback was the high price.

Location was key for this enjoyable stay. Was able to walk to the lifts across the street. Check-in process was a little difficult with no instructions before check-in time and no response to messages, however, we were able to figure it out by the time we got there.

Perfect location as long as Eagle Lift running. Spacious and worked great for 2 adults and 4 children. Will stay again.

My family of 5 adults and 2 kids stayed in this place for a long weekend and it was as good a place as we could get last minute. Pro: Walking distance to Eagle, lots of space, full kitchen with utensils, 2 parking spaces Cons: We had minimal supplies and we were expected to get more on our own [1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 paper towels] When you have 9 people living in 1 place for 5 days that goes by very quickly - they should have the supply closet open/available. There was no place/entryway to put skis, so had to drag them to the balcony in fear of ruining carpet All the furniture was very used - couch was uncomfortable, and leather peeling off on the edges of larger chair. We booked last minute and price was good for 7 people - if the price is still right we would book again in the future.

We were not able to get the 2 promised parking passes. We called the # on the fridge and they said that they would call and then drop them off on the following day. Did not happen.

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in when we come to Mammoth. Kitchen is fully stocked and the toiletries were a nice inclusion. The condo is decorated very nicely, the bedrooms are large and sitting on the balcony listening to the wind blow through the pine trees is very relaxing. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to provide more sleeping pillows for the beds. It was a minor point in an otherwise lovely stay at a great condo.

Unfortunately, quite the opposite is what we experienced. This all culminated with me sleeping on old spaghetti from some long ago guest in the pull out bed. When you publish a policy it is important to follow through on it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Summit as we walked to the Eagle Lift and then at the end of the day we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We also enjoyed the western - mountain theme.

We loved the roominess, the location and available activities.

This condo was great for us. Very clean and well supplied with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. Loved being so close to the Eagle Lift. Beds were very comfortable.

This place was perfectly equipped and the location was ideal. Very happy with all the accommodations and I will definitely book this again for future visits.

All went smooth. Only bummer was hit tub was not clean. More of a condo association issue than an owner issue, but we weren't going to get in it

Very comfortable, cozy and well-appointed. Would stay here again with our family. Great that we could walk across the streets from the slopes.

Nice condo. location was perfect! Wish there was an elevator in the building. Parking was great too!
