All that we needed and more.

We loved this VRBO! It was clean, homey, very well decorated and well-appointed. I had a question for the host and it was promptly and nicely answered. We brought our dog and the fenced yard and outdoor space was great! Nice short walk to the river. Huge bonus that they have direct TV, which is rare in a rental these days.

Casa del Rio was lovely - bright, clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee set up. The host was very accommodating.and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to Bradenton's downtown. All in all a very nice stay!

Taylor was super helpful. Especially enjoyed the fenced back yard and comfortable living room furniture! Location was fantastic!

Very quiet neighborhood. We were close to the beach and State College of Florida softball stadium which is the reason for our visit. We enjoyed morning walks along the river.

Found this gem for a spontaneous trip to Bradenton to celebrate a sister's birthday. Taylor was quick to finalize the reservation and send instructions. The house was absolutely PERFECT!! We are very particular with cleanliness and this place exceeded our expectations! The pictures you see are 100% accurate. The house was well equipped that we did not need to go to the store for any supplies. The coffee/tea bar was a wonderful bonus! Taylor was incredibly responsive when we had questions. In the future, each one of us would rent this property again! Thank you for a fabulous time!

The river district is a quiet, friendly neighborhood that is centrally located. We had easy access to GT Bray park, Robinson Preserve, downtown, and the beach (but leave early to avoid traffic!). Taylor was responsive and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. A great time and a great place!

We were having some construction done on our house in the area, we needed a place to stay and truly live, and bring our pets. This was perfect! Fenced yard and double car driveway, easy in and out and close to Manatee Ave but not too close.

We really loved this place , it was very conveniently located to both the beach and golf. The place was very clean and accommodated 4,-adults very well. Communication with owner was 5 stars. We would for sure come back. My only suggestion for the house is stock the house better with coffee and add a few extra pots and pans. The few spice Keurig pods were not what we were expecting when it was advertised as having a full coffee bar.

We had a wonderful trip enjoying the outside dining area for our Thanksgiving feast followed by family games and then back inside for some football on the big television. Comfortable beds and a great kitchen for cooking.

The house is great with everything you need. Location is excellent. A good neighborhood with many friendly walkers. Nice fenced yard for the dog.

We were here for my nieces wedding. It was the perfect size, fenced in yard for my nephews dog, quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to. Very clean and lots of areas to hang out! We highly recommend this home! And Taylor (the host) was wonderful to deal with!!! We would stay again!!

We loved the house. It was very clean and accommodating for a family of four. I liked the location to everything in Bradenton/Sarasota areas. It’s a short 15 minute drive to manatee beach which was one of our favorites. We also visited Lido Key and Siesta Key. We definitely enjoyed the back yard sitting area as well. Tyler was very nice and accommodating with any and all questions I had. We appreciated all of the comforts of home as well. Nice updated TV’s, excellent wifi, and provided soaps. We are very thankful as well for being allowed to use some of the beach equipment from the garage like chairs and coolers! My wife also wanted to make sure I mentioned how much she liked the coffee/tea station in the kitchen. That was an added amenity that we’ve never seen in another house. Thank you again and if we’re back in the area, we’ll be staying here!

Our expectations were not only meant but also exceeded; the home is exactly as it appears in pictures and the location is even better than we anticipated - safe neighborhood & close to so much! if you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further!

Everything we needed. Great location and amenities!

Overall the house was exactly what my wife, daughter and I needed. Fully equipped with separate bedrooms. The coffee bar in the kitchen is a nice touch. Highly recommend if you’re in the Bradenton area.

Stylish place. Large enough for 2-4 people. Might be too close for larger group. Small dining areas. Kitchen adequate for extended stay cooking. Nice outside amenities for warm weather use. Good location. Interesting mixed neighborhood. Very walkable. Close to downtown. Close to the river and numerous stores and restaurants. Reasonable drive to beach and Sarasota.

Check in and out was easy and house was clean and well furnished. Had a great week there and couldn’t have went any smoother!

Nice house that allowed pets. Close to Sarasota and St. Pete beach. Would stay there again.

This house was a perfect fit for our family. The hammock was used daily. Patrick loved the Weber Kettle grill. Beds were all very comfortable. Hotel extras like the coffee and breakfast bars, shampoo and hairdryers. Taylor responded right away and was very accommodating. We will come back again.
