Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home.

The property and location are lovely and the property management company was responsive right up until the air conditioner went out in the downstairs in the middle of August. Evidently there is a known issue with the AC as you are told not to make the house any cooler or it will fail. We didn't move it but it still failed. At midnight they told us they could bring fans. The next day they offered a late check out but I don't think they thought that through. No one wanted to spend one minute longer in a house that was 80 degrees inside! Also, they treated the upstairs balcony right before our stay so we could not use it.

This place was perfect for what we needed. We were visiting for a school club convention. The house is so beautiful. The manager of the property was responsive to our concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe.

We had a group of 10 siblings from all over the country here in this house and it was wonderful. We found the location to be great and convenient. Parking was also good. We had two cars. We asked for a couple of things from management and they accommodated what they could. The dryer wasn’t working, but they gave us extra towels to cover that.
We had plenty of space and the AC kept us cool in the heat. Thank you.

Perfect home for a get together. We loved sitting out on the front porch every morning. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect and very walkable. I would stay here again!

Beautiful house with tons of space! Loved the porch and plenty of seating areas for our large group. Beds were comfortable. Location is walkable to downtown and on a wonderful square that gives the quintessential Savannah vibe.

Location was great, we never used the cars once we arrived. Great space in house for congregating. Ample supplies in kitchen for everything we needed. We all felt safe.

The first floor bedroom needs to have a shade on the window above the door. The street light shines in making it very bright for sleeping. Also the kitchen is poorly equipped- more dish towels etc are needed. I do not have a review to be publicized. Thank you

The home was beautiful and in a perfect area for walking. We enjoyed the big front porch and spent most evenings there enjoying the last rays of sunshine until the street lamps came on. The house was huge, two big living rooms and beautiful kitchen. The pool table was a fun addition to the house. One bedroom downstairs and 5 upstairs. All the beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. If you’re going to stay in Savannah try to rent this house. I had a few questions and the management team was on it immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our stay. Clean and comfortable and perfect location for our friend’s reunion vacation. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the lovely front porch. We would love to stay there again if we came back to Savannah.

I stayed here with family and friends to celebrate my brother getting married and this house is absolutely beautiful even better than the pictures! there’s not a bad room in the house, which made it easy for picking bedrooms. The location is absolutely perfect. 15 minute walk to Broughton Street where all of the shopping and restaurants are!

The house and neighborhood could not have been better! Everything was perfect and even gloomy weather couldn't keep us from having a wonderful stay at the house, and in Savannah.

There were 8 of us for a wedding and it was perfect for the location of the wedding, easy access to walk everywhere (Savannah is very small and neatly organized) and had a large living room for gathering every day. The porch was nice but it didn’t have as many chairs and it was a little tired. The beds were good, some were a little soft. The host was very responsive and ensured our needs were met!

Pictures do not do this place justice! It was BEAUTIFUL and huge, more than enough space for our group and so comfortable! The listing was exactly as it states online and the property management group was by far the best one I've ever used. The house is in the cutest little neighborhood too. Highly recommend!

This property was excellent, just like the pictures. Five of us used the 5 upstairs bedrooms. Comfy, nice bathrooms. We really enjoyed the sitting rooms space, even watch Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil one night together. We also sat on the lovely porch!

Our son was getting married in Savannah so we needed to find somewhere to stay. To book 6 hotel rooms would have cost much more and this place was fantastic! Huge bedrooms, plenty of room to spread out if you want to play pool, watch tv, or even read a book on the awesome porch. It was so nice to have a place to gather and unwind from all the festivities.

Great property but skimpy on basic amenities like toilet paper,towels, soap, shampoo, and lacking some basic kitchen items. We enjoyed our stay and loved the hassle free check In and check out process.
