the room was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen space, and good AC and wall mounted fan. The TV was linked up to netflix which was perfect for the chill evenings. The bed was comfortable with nice, clean towels and sheets. Good water pressure in the shower too. In the room there was a blue barrel of drinking water which was perfect as I could fill up a bottle and put it in the fridge to keep it cool. Quyen the owner was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages, and provided me with direction to enter before my arrival.

The property advertised a bath but it did not have a bath in the bathroom, and there was a slight smell from the bathroom.

The room is quite good, clean, good service staff. but still a bit disappointed because the shower is a bit weak and there is no bathtub

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is super nice and the location is great. And I really liked this touch that to enter you pass ice-cream shop it felt like secret spot.

View from the window was overlooking a bare wall, wasn’t a huge issue though. Difficult to find if you are going by the satnav but the host gave excellent instructions. We did struggle with our Grab driver when ordering food though as she found the place difficult find

the facilities were great - come with a small kitchen with kitchen utensils, water dispenser, hair dryer, iron board. the hotel staff is also responsive to messages and requests. bed was comfy, aircond working well, room was quite at night and manage to sleep well. there was a lift available as well.

the property that i was assigned to was a different address from the address as advertised, and i was only informed on the same day itself (4 hours prior to check in), the place i lived was about 20metres from the address as per advertised in the post. i think this should now happen. fortunately the place i lived was good overall.

Great location, lovely room, i’ve seen a few reviews saying no lift but there was one when we stayed. Owner was very friendly and spoke good english. Would definitely recommend!

We booked with friends and were put at a different location. The room we got was totally different to what we booked and very dirty. The host moved us to a new room which was better.

loved having all the facilities of this apartment. we had some issues with internet, but the host was really quick to resolve which we really appreciated. they also had great communication and asked us what time suited for the room clean/sheet changes. pictures are not accurate to room we stayed in, but we found it very clean and well worth the money. would definitely stay again!

no lift, we were on 4th/5th floor I think… but if staying for more than 2/3 nights this is fine.

Very good location, but be aware it is in a small alleyway. Nothing wrong with it, but make sure you are comfortable with it. Receptionist/owner speaks English.

Not the best view from the window, but this is really a minor detail. The property is on the lower level of a nail/beauty salon, so it gets a little bit noisy.

Good central location, without being directly on one of the city’s many busy main roads. Large, comfortable room. The owner, Quen, is very helpful.

The property isn’t that well signposted and was quite difficult to find at first. Instructions on how to open the gate also weren’t very clear.
