I love the location and the hotel was beautiful and comfortable.. Ms B is the most sweetest caring friendly person I have ever met

It’s gotta nice view from the window. It’s quiet and quiet chill.
Parking is valet or self park. Either way a few days is expensive for parking.

It was nice room if you can stay long enough. Compfy bed
We didn't check in until midnight. We went the ballet it didn't end until 10pm. We went to Deco. We get to Hyatt and the bar isn't open. So we went to casino. Starving. Get back to Hyatt. Wake up to go to breakfast before it ends. No bacon or toast. Go back to bed. Back of door says check out noon. 11:15, bang bang bang on door.....it's the check in guy saying," check out is 11!!!!!!! And you charged more than booking.com said it would be.

Location is fairly convenient for my activities. Bed was very comfortable. Valet parking very convenient.
The restaurant was not fully manned and the food took a very long time even for a salad. One of the days there was only one valet driver and there were a lot of folks staying at the hotel that were all there for PBR so the wait for my car was very long.
I called for an extra blanket and they told me they would bring it to the room, but never did so I had to go down and remind them so they could get it for me.

That Valet was pretty much the only choice for parking, and that it was an extra 28$ per day.

Staff was exceptionally friendly! They accommodated me and my sister very well and provided thorough information for checking in, valet service, and even the bar service. Staying for a concert was a blast - the staff even complimented our concert outfits! :)

Beautiful space, very nice staff, we felt safe. Liked that there is a bar downstairs.
Parking was hard to find but I don’t suppose the hotel is responsible for that.

The facilities were lovely and we have been looking for a new hotel line to stay at and with this stay we absolutely found the perfect hotel for us. The staff was incredibly helpful with date any questions or needs we had. We also loved that it had a fitness facility and coin laundry machines. I also have to say the breakfast options were really great.
I cannot think of one thing that we did not like about our stay or the facilities.

The breakfast was amazing on Sunday and ok on Monday. The front desk staff (Ellio?) was amazing and friendly. Great customer service from everyone. Very personable! Definitely will return for another stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. The room was nice.
The coffee bar should be staffed instead of expecting the front desk staff to register quests and attend to the coffee bar. Guests wanting to check in or purchase from the coffee bar shouldn't have to wait while the staff member is attending to one or the other.

Staff and room very good. Room was comfortable for 3 adults. A very short distance to our venu and restaurant with short walking distance.
Parking for free very limited. We could have paid $10 for parking but we were only at hotel during the night. Garage locations were not convenient. Parked on street.

We encountered multiple problems with the rooms. I overlooked a fingernail in a drawer in room 901, removed it and wiped it down. The toilet was clogged the first day, Dennis fro maintenance tried to plunge but it still slow flushed. the we packed up stuff to move to 505 only to find it was a smaller room. I notified and we had to wait for one to be available. we went back and then moved to 910. I took a shower and there was water all over the floor. 3 towels to clean up. the door would not close!! I let them know. I left to go out. my 27 yo calls and says this toilet is now not flushing well. I come back, look at it tell them, maintenance is gone, they say we can bring you a plunger, or bathrooms are on 14 and in the lobby!!!! I said we need a different room. We were moved to 810, I asked for a late check out bc EVERYONE was exhausted from all the room changing and the event. I have a 15 yo on the spectrum and adhd and it was very overwhelming. Dee said 2pm checkout. and she would talk to her GM. 1200 the next day someone calls to ask why we are still in room. We say late checkout. She says we charge for that! we tell her they told us we could and she said I can do 1pm. 🤯 This was Latrice. she gave me Vasser Knowles card to call and speak with. he asked if I booked it through a 3rd party booking, bc if I did, he really couldn’t to much about refunding the stay!!! I am shocked at this point bc this was a miserable 3 day 2 night stay. I can’t say I will ever book 3rd party again.

Both were very good. Hotel was centrally located for us and walking distance to many attractions.
A pool would have been the cherry on top otherwise it was great!

The customer service was excellent. Ben Guardino was the first face me and my sister saw and he was so gracious to help us . The food was delicious everyday we were there during that time.

bed pillows were too thick and overstuffed-would have preferred a flat foam option (arrived late and didn’t ask, but bed should have a variety for guests’ preferences). bathroom light switches are completely behind the door, as if the door was installed backward. tv wouldn’t turn on,

Cost of valet parking, especially on a weekend, was higher than I had thought likely.

It was clean and comfortable. Day one the breakfast items ran out and ppl had to wait a long time to get food. I didn't get any. The next two days they turned the lights off early and cleaned up 15 before it was supposed to be over. People were eating and they were taking plates and shutting it all down. Because of this our kids missed breakfast. They are teens and waited until the last minute.
