Staff responded to our situation in a positive way.

Unable to get water in the tub, seems hotel staff should have known. Moved us to another room and discounted our stay. Slow and small elevator.

the bed was pretty hard for me. but I would totally stay again because the location was perfect. my mom loved the bed I just prefer a softer one.

I got charged 108.52 for putting a wet towels on the bed it was only water said I soiled the bed with water I put the wet yowels on the bed on th 16 didn't leave until thr 17 waited to charge me so I couldn't dispute the claim... and was also told a towel was stained didn't come clean

Friendly Staff. Myke checked us in early as the room was ready. Breakfast was great. It was close to all that we wanted to do. COX Business Event Center was an easy walk from hotel. Could even us the Skywalk at the Double Tree next door. It was very quiet on the floor and the hotel was sold out the night we were staying.

The men’s restroom in the lobby smelled horrible. Nothing in the room worked. there were no towels in the room and we were told to come down and get some. Wi-Fi was out. There was no plate in the microwave and could not be used. Finally after about 30 minutes employee Angel brought a plate. The coffee maker did not work!! The water in the tub did not work properly. When I called to ask I was just told “no”. and that I would have to wait till a manager was on duty to register a complaint. The next morning finally employee Mike offered to move us to a suite. it was very nice except the coffee maker did not work in this room either!!! Also the stopper in the tub did not work. I will not stay at a LaQuinta again for a long time.

The staff was the best thing about this place! Yes the room was clean and the breakfast was hot and fresh, but the staff made me feel welcome and were so kind and helpful.

Rooms were not very clean. We found hair on bed and bathroom. There is wifi outage and no free wifi provided. Overall not a pleasant experience

Nothing woke up to police in parking lot felt very unsafe and worried about car in parking lot
