L’appartamento è grande e bello

Eravamo in tre con 2 sedie e cuscini per 2 letti. Pur chiedendoli per la terza persona non è arrivato ne uno ne l’altro. C’è un numero di emergenza che non risponde nessuno. L’appartamento era al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale strette e 2 valigie a testa….un vero incubo

Love the studio apartment, everything clean, loved the location, the balcony was a plus, loved the security of the building. In general, I loved my stay here.

We were only minutes away from everything so it was convenient.

On the other hand, the area was loud and rowdy into the wee hours of the night. The staff are unresponsive after you check in so hopefully you don’t need anything! Also- you wan tell they clean up just enough to get the next guest in there. The lights were covered in dust, the toilet water was shooting out of the caulk they used to try and cover the cracks, and there is mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Pretty disgusting. It’s worth the price- CHEAP. If you are gonna charge us a cleaning fee get actual cleaners to DEEP clean cause the place needs it.

Only a 5 minute walk to La Placita!! Which I did not expect! Condado Beach only 6 minutes away too, we even walked which was probably like 10 mins or less. Great location, beautiful room, and AC was bussin!!

I booked thinking the rooms were all on the same level, unfortunately I had to go up the stairs with my luggage. There is no elevator which wasn’t an inconvenient but would of been good to know about. Also didn’t know it was a waterfall shower, which was an inconvenience cause I couldn’t get my hair wet at the moment.

Very comfortable. Had air conditioning. Location to lots of things we where doing during the trip.

Wish they had an elevator.

I liked that it was super clean and spacious! It was in the middle of everything we wanted to do!

Great location and was happy to have parking, which can be tough in the area. Penthouse had rooftop access which is nicely decorated.

it was a great stay, the place was very convenient and close to everything that I needed.

This apartment was as pictured and perfect for a couple. We made use of the kitchen to make breakfast everyday. The location in Condado is great and very convenient to spend the day at the beach, go out to eat on Calle Loiza and go to the bars at La Placita, all within walking distance. Communication was easy and entry is via a door code so it makes coordinating check-in/out very easy.

Keep in mind it can be loud at night due to the proximity to La Placita, so bring earplugs if you're not planning to experience the nightlife. The dishes were not clean when we arrived so we had to wash them before using them.

I liked the penthouse access to the rooftop as well as the comfort of the bed. The A/C and shower were working well. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the locker that was able to house our items prior to check in. Also really appreciated the parking spots that came with the unit.

I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator to help carry the luggages up to the 5th floor. I think this would be important to note especially if there are people with physical disabilities. The towels smelled like vinegar and one of them was stained prior to using. My friend also had a hard time sleeping due to the loud noises you can hear from outside. Also the instructions for the hot/cold shower directs you to use the shower opposite of the results we got. (which side the lever would give hot or cold water)

I like the location, it is about 10-15 minutes to a big supermarket.

I asked for high floor, but only got first floor, so the noise from the traffic outside kept me awake sometimes. It was good to have a fridge, but the size of the fridge/freezer was too big, so again it produce quite a bit of noise at night (and it must waste a lot of electricity as well).

The apt was very spacious and clean!

The shower doesn’t get all the way hot and the floors get really wet but otherwise I really enjoyed the space!

Modern room, quiet, big bathroom, Lots of windows and lights, Good location to go Condado beach and restaurant area.( 14--25minutes walk to several nice restaurants, beach front cafes etc). Digital code key and there is no person at the hotel but no problem. We could get answer quickly by e-mail when we asked something to owner. Sofa bed for 3rd person was easy to make. We satisfied! Thank you so much.

Rooms are exactly like the picture I was very satisfied with that. A night life street is like literally 3 min away walking so that was a plus. And everything else like shopping or historical seeing was 10 min away in car. This place is very convenient.

There was like little ants around the restroom and room. I didn’t see too many but I did see a few.
