We have stayed at this wonderful property 2 years running, for 3 months each time [April-July]. We got to know the area so well and we felt so happy there. The well cared for urbanisation is very well situated, set back from the busy part of Olhos de Agua and so very quiet and peaceful, but only a 5 minute walk to bars, cafes and restaurants. Restaurants with €16 menu for 4 courses + half a bottle of wine! [really good quality food]. Half an hour walk into the busy town of Albufeira or only a 10 minute Uber ride [€6-€8]. 3 fabulous beaches within 10-15 minute walking distance. The apartment balcony overlooks a beautiful wooded area with all types of birds, so lots of birdsong to enjoy [including owls]. This place has it all and I’m sure you’ll love staying there.

Excellent position for us. Ground floor. Sunny available till around 11 to 12 noon. This is applicable to our October visit. Excellent facilities. Looks like a new Washing machine. All other facilities work very well. Excellent ..crockery, cutlery and saucepans. Although plenty of eateries and small supermarkets within reach, we had a car, but of course this is a personal choice. Bus service short walk away. Albufeira its self…bus or taxi ride away..a little too far for us to walk due to our age. Ubers a call away. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would have no hesitation in recommending this Apartment. This property is in a lovely quiet spot close to amenities and within a short distance from the resorts centre. Albufiera is a five minute drive or taxi ride away and has all that anyone would require. This was a return visit for us and we will be looking to stay again in 2024. You will love this apartment - it is not situated facing the pool, so it is not overlooked, quiet and peaceful [lots of birdsong]. The large balcony means that it can be accessed from the lounge, kitchen and bedroom. 3 minutes walk from the main road where all of the cafe’s, restaurants and supermarket are situated. 10 minutes walk from 2 beautiful beaches and 20 minutes walk from 2 more stunning beaches [all with great beach bars]. Bus service into Albufeira or Vilamoura only 10 minutes walk away [a bit sporadic] - getting an Uber is just as cheap and this apartment is so well situated that an Uber is always available within a maximum of 10 minutes away. You can walk into Albufeira from here [it will take you about 3 quarters of an hour] but it will only cost you 6-8 euros for an Uber there. Everything you need is here in this apartment for a great stay, English channels on the TV are a bonus. We have booked again for next year, we loved our stay so much.

This was our first trip to Portugal and the accomodations made it very easy adjust to a new country and surroundings.

The property was really good. Very quiet location and the facilities within the condo were excellent. The apartment ID is the letter I as opposed to the number 1 as they are all identified by letter rather than number. Just a bit confusing until we realised this was the case. We could only also receive Portuguese TV channels on the TV.

Wir waren zu dritt für 12 Tage in diesen Appartment. Der checkin verlief problemlos. Es ist alles da was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, Geschirr und kochutensilien alles genug vorhanden, großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Gasherd, Ofen. Was fehlte war eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Appartment hat einen großen Balkon von mit Blick auf den Parkplatz, Einkäufe und Koffer sind sind in 10 Meter Entfernung ins Apartment gebracht. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Was wir nicht so toll fanden war die Sonnenliegen Situation, für uns als Gäste war nicht klar welche liegen zu unseren Appartment gehören. Es lagen Dutzende Liegen am Pool aber alle abgeschlossen oder mit Namen markiert. Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer liessen sich sehr gut abdunkeln so das sie sich tagsüber kaum aufheizten. Die Klimaanlage lief aber auch sehr gut. Was wir negativ fanden war das wir ein großes Ameisenproblem direkt zu Beginn hatten. Wir hatten sehr viele Ameisen in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer. Wir mussten uns mit einen Spray aus dem Supermarkt um die Ecke helfen. Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr ruhig. In 3 min Entfernung gibt es eine größere Straße mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Ein Auto ist aber dennoch zu empfehlen um ins Zentrum, in die Altstadt oder zu den Stränden zu kommen da Albufeira doch sehr weitläufig ist. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Appartment, was ordentlich ist und einen erholsamen Urlaub bietet. Würden jederzeit dort wieder unsere Zeit verbringen. Sicher gibt es Kleinigkeiten die man besser machen kann aber dafür wird es zu sehr fairen Konditionen angeboten.
