We were a group of 5 adults and everyone was quite pleased with our accommodations. The location was central to all we wanted to do (Beale Street, FedEx Forum, and Museums). The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil needed. As well as, trash bags, dish detergent, etc. Each en-suite bathroom was supplied with shower gel, hand soap, lotion, shaving cream and razors, and toilet paper. There was an ample supply of towels and extra blankets. The host responded promptly to our requests (missing TV Remote, comfortable temperature, etc.). Overall, I would recommend the property and book it again for my next stay in Memphis.

Conveniently located, spacious accommodations, and interesting wall decorations (dogs and cats representing famous people). We made a game out of identifying who’s who, etc. Enjoyed the roof top.

We had a wondedful time! The property was clean, well maintenanced, and close to downtown. Owners were exceptionally kind and helpful during the stay.

House was amazing. Plenty of room for me and 10 of my friends to hang out, sleepy, etc. and a quick walk to Beale and lots of other bars and restaurants. Tatiana is a fantastic host and checked in on us frequently just to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and spacious just what we needed to hold 11 people and not be on top of each other and the rooftop was awesome I would recommend this place to my family and friends. The host was on point whenever we needed her she toke care of all our needs in a timely manner. Thank u for everything. Looking forward to renting again.

Terrific property and property owner

Our group of 8 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. Loved being within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The off street parking spots were an extra bonus. Hostess Tatiana was very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 night for our daughters rehearsal and wedding. All the bridesmaids stayed with us one night, and the groomsmen and bridesmaids the next night! It was perfect for our downtown venue. The unit had had so much to offer and was well stocked! The host was very responsive and helpful! The only negative was the outside noise, but that is to be expected in a busy downtown area.

Time with friends checking out an iconic city. The location of this VRBO did not disappoint. Short walk to Beal, short walk the other way for more downtown bars, Gus’s chicken next block over. Our group likes to walk,(and drink). Walked to Peabody, Rendezvous, Sun Records. If not for the rain would have walked to Bass Pro. Seemed like everything was within a mile away including the walking bridge to Arkansas. Place was clean, and plenty of utensils and supplies. Rooftop deck was added bonus as our group loves being outside as well. Defiantly would stay again.

Probably the best rental I have ever stayed at! House was amazing, but the service that Tatiana provided is second to none. Definitely worth a stay!!

Family members from IL, MO, KS, and MD gathered together to attend a special event honoring our sister Veteran's Day weekend. Tatiana was an outstanding host, providing clear information about the property and addressing any additional needs that arose. The property was spectacular and allowed for great food, fun and time together as well as everyone getting a good night's sleep (beds were terrific). Convenient to everything and within walking distance of many places of interest, I recommend it highly. One caution for those of you with family members with limited mobility- there are a lot of stairs so plan accordingly where they will stay in the unit. Look forward to returning and really being able to take in even more of Memphis!

Very comfortable and excellent location for experiencing Memphis! Beds are super comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and everything you may need in the kitchen. The foosball table was a huge hit!

Everything was great! Tatiana was an awesome host. She was always just a text away, her responses were very prompt. The house was very clean and welcoming. Everything we needed were available to us which was a plus !! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tatiana :)

The home was clean, very well stocked, excellent location in proximity to Beale Street. Property owner was wonderful to work with.

Upon check-in, we did not receive our code for the door until 3:59 and was sent a text that an AC man was coming to add coolant to please let him in. It was 101 degrees the day we arrived and walking into the house was HOT HOT HOT--no other words to describe it. The kitchen floor was one of the floors that was out of AC. We could not cook as planned nor do anything as planned bc of this. We were then told the unit had been iced up since 9AM that morning and they could not defrost it with anything bc it would damage the coils. We were told to wait until 9PM to see if it had "unfroze" and let them know. Well if it was frozen ALL day in 101 heat then it was not going to defrost at night. We were then told at 5:50 that "Bailey" was bringing two portable units for us. At 8:00 we asked where he was bc no one had showed up. We were then told that (exact words) the AC guy found a faster way to fix it faster and they bought the "fixer gadget" for him to get it done. We saw someone wondering outside and asked if he was looking for a until with a broken AC and he was. Well turns out the "fixer gadget" was a bucket that he had to fill up in the mater bathtub with hot water and dump on the ice block, which we were told could not be done to start with. There were never any portable units that were going to be delivered--they decided not to buy them from Home Depot per the AC guy. He was there in the house until after 11 PM fixing the AC. After it cooled down it was okay but we paid WAY to much for that rental to have no AC and her suggest that we go "out to eat" and come back later--at 9 at night. So in the rental it says you can't enter the house after 3 the day of checkout for safety and privacy of the ones in the house BUT the AC can be out and a strange man can be in the house with 8 women until almost midnight......makes no sense at all. The house was FILTHY. I wish I could put pictures on here to show the floor, our feet, socks and baseboards. The dishwasher was falling apart, ice machine in fridge does not work, freezer handle kept coming off and the downstairs door handle was falling off the door. The pictures are very deceiving for sure. There are 4 flights of stairs in this house and the upper deck that is raved about is tiny and we never used it. We first didn't want to haul all the cushions out there then pick them up then it was not comfortable at all. We were lied to and very disappointed in this rental. NEVER AGAIN

The host was terrific! Welcome wine, chocolates and chips was a great surprise and an excellent touch. The decor in all of the rooms was very enjoyable. Cool pictures throughout the house. Arcade games a huge hit and foosball table.

Beds were great and the extra mattresses allowed us to spread out and everyone had their privacy. The rooftop deck "topped" it off. We really enjoyed hanging out on the room in the evenings. The location was perfect and only a short walk to Beale Street and several restaurants. We never needed our vehicles.

Property was great and in a comfortable area for access to downtown Memphis. A bunch of ladies getting together and everyone was thrilled with the accommodation! Tatiana was great and very available for questions - although we had no questions or problems. Would highly recommend.
