Everytime you ask the concierge to order a car for a trip they are either completely incompetent and leaving you sitting around for 1 to 2 hours for no good reason or they are intentionally overcharging massively and trying to scam an extra 50, 100, 150 dollars. Not good for a suppossed 5 star hotel.

Amazing hotel for relaxation. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool, were top-notch and helped me unwind. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall atmosphere of relaxation. We tried the chicken pizza and it was the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had, the chicken was smoked and had an amazing taste. One thing to mention, is that we’ve booked a room with jacuzzi, but it seems that it wasn’t operated for a long time as it had dust and insects in it and the temperature sensor maybe was not working well as we’ve waited for more than two hours for it to be warmed but the temperature never goes up, so we ended up not using it. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway a bit far from the crowds of Kandy.

just one thing - our room was located above the restaurant/kitchen and there was about 30-45 min time around 10pm it was a bit noisy and I guess it came from the kitchen when staff were cleaning up.

The food could take abit long to make at times, so unless you are in a real big hurry, its not a big issue :) The location is slightly far from Kandy town center.

We were welcomed with a special Kandy greeting and some local snacks, which was a great touch. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel had a lovely relaxed vibe, beautiful views, and excellent facilities. It was such a peaceful place, not far from Kandy’s bustling city centre. We were also surprised with a special cake in our room as it was our honeymoon 😊.

The service for cocktails took a long time and there were no bath towels in our room when we arrived.

Nicely done construction. Need more light in entrance lobby. Need heated pool. So people can enjoy this romantic property. As its nice comfortable property so need this as its only main area where guests spend time in your property as it far from other attention so .

This place is wonderful, set on the lake with beautiful rooms. The whole place is designed so well and every little detail is thought through. The wait staff go above any beyond to make the whole experience incredibly specially, with personalised care and hospitality.

The hotel is perfect place for relaxation, surrounded by lake, mountains, nature. The food is tasty and nice, you have the option to take your breakfast and dinner beside to the lake with amazing view, Hashan the butler was always available, polite and helpful
