We loved the location close to restaurants in the old part of Plymouth.

It didn’t bother us, but some may find it a little noisy during peak evening times for the pubs and restaurants.

Location convenient for a night out at a concert so we were only using the place to sleep over. Bed’s comfortable.

Cleanliness and stank of weed constantly. Cleanliness wise the sofa and carpet had very large stains - the shower had patches of what I’m telling myself is coffee stains. And very dusty, had a black top and kept brushing things off - I sneezed and a dust cloud came off the lampshade. Would have been an idea to warn about the bedroom steps too as it’s not advertised and May land in a bit of trouble if someone was to hurt themselves . The place is very charming and has a lot of potential- in my opinion the price is very high for the quality, so I assume it’s the location that’s making price high. Bit of a cheek to take £100 damage deposit on arrival considering a lot of stuff already damaged, Also it’s not advertised and now I have to wait a week for the money to go back in 😞

◦ No washing liquid ◦ No cloth/brush to wash dishes • The two items above were later delivered to the door after we complained about it. ◦ 20ml shampoo/shower gel in total (enough for one person once, let alone two people for three days) ◦ a toaster would be nice ◦ No light bulb in one of the shades upstairs ◦ Incorrect Wi-Fi instructions ◦ Unpleasant stench (smells like smoke) ◦ Sofa cushions old and stained ◦ Carpet stained ◦ No toilet brush upstairs (impossible to keep loo clean) ◦ Bunch of screws left in a corner upstairs ◦ Loose Cables hanging from kitchen cabinets ◦ Faucets in both toilets not installed properly ◦ No hot water upstairs ◦ Towel ring downstairs comes off the wall as soon as one touches it ◦ Towel holder upstairs is loose

Well equipped apart from no cloth/scrubber fir the washing up.
