Pools and close to water

Cleanliness of unit, dusty, dirty, broken items and a smoker next door made the experience quite dissatisfying

the complex where the apartment was, was good, convenient to town. accommodation roomy and kitchen facilities good

no aircon in bedroom sofas very uncomfortable spa not working no bed linen provided, towels, bath mat, teacloth no dedicated parking place "rules" said had to mop floors and vacuum carpets on departure despite paying $100 for cleaning in the cost of the apartment

Clean, had everything we needed, top floor looking over one of the pools

NO LINEN= no sheets, no pillow cases, no doona, no towels, no bath mat, no face washer, no hand towel, no tea towel…I mean seriously! what a joke! for almost $250 a night at a resort… that’s disgusting… we are more comfortable when we are camping!! 1 toilet roll and 1 tiny soap bar - for a family of four staying 2 nights! seriously?! that’s not ok. will not book with this place again.

Location nice. Grounds/ pool nice. Rainbow beach absolutely suited our family, this accomodation however did not. And we never complain about holiday accommodation.

No communication. No advice from agency. No idea where to check in upon arrival- there is no reception on site. That's fine but a relevant piece of information before arriving. No contact details to check reservation. When we found the designated real estate in town after randomly walking around the resort and advised accordingly to "check around town" by a lovely past employee. The welcome sign literally had reception with electric tape placed over it. When questioned, agency was argumentative, then queried our email address and then flippantly commented "oh yeah, the email bounced, they (booking.com) never tell us when that happens". Luckily we packed linen or we would have had no sheets, towels etc. Luckily arrived before they closed for the day. Luckily found that random guy to advise us to drive back to town to get a key. Arrived to find no toilet paper/ soap/ detergent etc provided. None. (Understand and would have brought with had we been advised.) Cleaning was not satisfactory. Rubbish swept under couch/ beds, dryer could not be used. Great location. Would be an amazing spot but overall disappointed. Will return to rainbow but won't stay here again.

The property was very clean. Close access to beach. Parking was nice and close to room. Pool was amazing and were able to still watch my kids from the room.
