The room is spacious but lack of guidance during activities make it might not worth it.

There is no guide during activities. they said we can Kayak to see oyster farm. but they leave us kayaking without any guide and we cant find where is the oyster farm is. We take the transfer package to Hanoi. but the ‘Limousine Bus’ drop us too far from the drop off point. we have to walk 15 minutes on busy road.

Staff was good, room was good, food was good, they took care about my VEGETARIAN food requirements. They tried their best to engage the guests with activities. I enjoyed this aspect.

Cruise ship did not move around at all. It was basically anchored at one place and so I felt cheated. I paid for a cruise not for a stationary ship. So, basically, instead of spending 100 - 150USD for a better living experience I paid 500USD to stay in a cramped room. That was the disappointment. When I am tied down to a small place I expect unlimited coffee, tea etc but nothing was complimentary.

Pra chegar ao navio a gente vai com um barco auxiliar e nesse barco eles deixam as malas dos passageiros para fora, simplesmente entrou água do mar na mala das pessoas e encharcou as roupas, foi péssimo! Também achei a parte da alimentação fraquíssima, por ser um cruzeiro de lixo precisa melhorar e muito. Quase nada de proteína, sobremesa industrializada e todos os dias servindo a mesma coisa, não gostamos desta parte

Zimmer anders beschrieben als ausgestattet. Straffer Zeitplan, leider auch beim Abendbuffet.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und Schiff. Sehr schöne Badewanne, wie auf den Bildern. Man hat den Eindruck man badet in der Halongbucht. Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal.

Getränkepreise zu teuer, zumindest für vietnamesische Verhältnisse.

Die Lage und Aussicht aus den Zimmern. Gut organisiertes Programm. Man konnte wirklich den Kopf abschalten und musste an nichts denken. Wir sind durch Vietnam gereist und das war dann wirklich entspannend.

the time schedule was too tight. They had so many activities planned so there was no time to relax. The 5-course dinner was served in under 45 minutes. The staff seemed to be in a rush... for no reason.

El espectacular camarote. Tenia una “terraza”con unas vistas impresionantes. La comida, sin ser excelente estaba elaborada. Habia una gran dedicacion por parte del gerente en que todo saliera bien.

El horario para las actividades es escrupulosamente estricto. No hay unos minutos de cortesia por si por algun motivo te llegas a retrasar.

Kilka dni przed wyjazdem okazało się, że nie popłyniemy z Aspirą, bo statek będzie czyszczony. Mogliśmy albo zmienić termin, albo statek, wiec zaproponowano nam współpracujący statek „Doris”. Wzięliśmy zmianę statku, bo nie mogliśmy sobie pozwolić na inny dzień. Po pierwsze dziękuje Pani, która się ze mną kontaktowała, bo stanęła na wysokości zadania, była pod telefonem i na wszystko odpowiadała, ale co do samego rejsu, to na pewno kilka rzeczy nas zawiodło. Po pierwsze jacuzzi, w którym była zimna woda i nie dało się jej podgrzać. My akurat specjalnie szukaliśmy statku z jacuzzi, a w ogóle z niego nie skorzystaliśmy. Po drugie okropnie brudne okno łazienkowe, które pokazywało widok z wanny na jacuzzi. Niby mała pierdoła, ale jednak za taką kasę chciałoby się widzieć zatokę a nie brud. Płatne wifi, to nas zszokowało. Do tego musicie zdać sobie sprawę, że na statku nie jesteście 2 dni jak to pisze w internecie, tylko niecałe 24h, bo na pokład wsiadacie około 13 a opuszczajcie około 11. W rezultacie jakoś super bardzo nie zwiedzanie zatoki, po prostu macie widok ze statku. Ogólnie doświadczenie bycia na statku fajne, jeżeli nigdy wcześniej czegoś takiego nie mieliście, ale jeśli zależy wam po prostu na zatoce i zobaczeniu jej perełek, to nocleg nie ma sensu.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. To be honest, drinks & beverages are not that expensive, it is quite reasonable price (A bottle of Ha Long beer only costs VDN 74,000). They even do buy 2 get 1 free during happy hours. Now I can see cold water (free of charge) will be served if you do not want to order drinks at meal.

A little bit far to travel from Hanoi to Aspira cruise meeting point (exactly 2 hours on the road). Suggest to do 2D1N on Aspira cruise.

Room was clean and comfortable

Screaming kids. Kids under certain age should not be allowed. For the rest, it’s tightly organized, drilled. Not for us.

They upgraded us to a room with private deck, very spacious room, Clean and well furnished, Excellent service by the crew.

Too much noise

Outstanding! I would not want to miss this experience. It was a wonderful trip from start to finish. The staff was so caring and accommodating and always put a smile on our faces - especially Mia and Jimmy. Btw... thank you for improving my chopstick skills ;D The food was great, the live music beautiful, the excursions phenomenal, the views breathtaking. The hotel manager himself taught us how to fish for squid and always kept things running smoothly. We swam in the middle of the karst rocks, enjoyed the 360°View in the heart jacuzzi, went kayaking several times, checked out the oyster farm, got a quick cooking class, and enjoyed the wonderful view during our early morning exercise on our own huge terrace. At the end, our wedding song happened to be playing, which made the experience perfect for us.

Too bad the Tai Chi in the morning had to be cancelled due to weather, so we had to watch the sunrise cuddling from bed ;P The only thing that was hard to take is that all good things come to an end. We will be back!

Loved the cruise, what a great experience. Really enjoyed the activities and waking up on halong bay. Staff were incredible.

It was noisy at night - we had a party boat moored nearby. Not sure why all the boats have to pull in next to each other at night.

Hospitality was amazing. Staff went out of their way to assist. They even carried our bags from waiting lounge to boat. A+++ Dinner show was very nicely done with great flavours. Very clean and well organised! The boat had plenty of activities and was well designed for plenty of photo opportunities.

It seems to be a consistent theme with all the tours in Vietnam- Too short a break between breakfast and lunch, and too long between lunch and dinner. All water needed to be paid for, as there is no complementary water. The prices of drinks are very marked up! No covering on our luggage when transferring from land to main boat through the small shuttle boat. We hit a splash and my items got wet. I'm just thankful it was not my camera that got wet- but my tripod got hit by saltwater.

Aspira Cruises were absolutely excellent. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, food was amazing and included and the rooms were beautiful and spacious

The facilities were very good and all of the staff, especially our guide Lee were excellent. Everything was very well organised including pick up, drop off and all activities. Kayaking was a great way to see more of Hà Long Bay.

the travel program was very good. A lot of fund activities. Also there was great buffet for lunch and breakfast.

the sheets in our room were still wet and dirty. (red stains on one of the sheets) also you had to pay extra for water, coffe and tea. (prices in comparison extremely high)

Our experience with this cruise was amazing. Food was excellent. Overall a little bit expensive but comfort zone was perfect for my family.

Amazing cruise, we loved everything. The cabin was even bigger than we expected and very clean. The scenery from the bath yup was incredible. The staff was great.

Cost of drinks and coffee very high. A lot of rubbish in water where they stopped for a swim. Kayaking around the village, was just 1 shack for oyster farming.
