Simon was a great host! Easy to contact and keen to help make our stay comfortable and stress free. Our late booking and arrival didn't seem to be a problem. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with some highlights being a dishwasher, a microwave, twin gas hob, good kitchen knives and some basic ingredients, oil,flour,s&p,etc. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer which came in very handy! The bed is comfortable and has an electric blanket on either side, that's a huge bonus in my book as dunedin can be somewhat chilly at times. Thanks again for your hospitality.

The WiFi signal was a little poor but streaming didn't seem to suffer as a result.

The kids loved staying in a 2 storey apartment, generally clean and tidy with modern furniture. Access to the spa was a bonus for us, though hadn't realized it was shared between 3 apartments.

A lot of small things need maintenance, I had read other visitors had mentioned the toilet seat months ago - it's still not fixed. But for me the kicker was the fridge. A fridge with no working shelves belongs in a student flat, not an apartment you pay money for. Fine as last minute cheap accommodation for us, but we'll go somewhere else next time.
