Location, Location, Location!!! The street it is on is touted as one of the most beautiful in the country and it truly is!! For a couple, the rental space is near-perfect in every way. For those who like to cook dinner, the kitchen could use more lighting. The bedroom and en suite area is large, the bed extremely comfortable and there is plenty of closet/storage space. Communication with property management was spot one, from making the reservation, through pre and post arrival. My wife and I could not be happier with our accommodation choice and would highly recommend it to any couple, save for those that have difficulty with climbing stairs. Otherwise, Perfection!!!!

The property was exactly as it looked online and at the best location in town. All our favorite spots were right around the corner!

Stayed in early April. Springtime in Savannah is gorgeous, and Jones street is absolutely stunning. The accommodations were clean, and very nicely appointed in the theme of the historic building it’s in (but modern) - tastefully done. Close to everything. One caution - it’s on the second floor, no elevator if that matters to you.

The property was excellent. The only negative was the number of stairs to get to the unit. It was difficult to bring up suitcases.

My wife and I had a great time. The property was perfectly situated in the old historic district and a perfect place to be for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. It was well kept and the onsite parking worked well. We’d definitely book this again for a future visit.

We loved this property. It was on a gorgeous street and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to around Savannah. The property was clean and the pictures were exactly as shown. We were amazed at how quiet the house was inside and we were able to sleep great. We would stay here again.

This incredible spot even exceeded my highest expectation!!! The location is on one of Savannah’s most beautiful cities and is walking distance to so many stores, restaurants and bars. The bed is so comfortable and the amenities are perfect for a weekend getaway. I will most definitely be back!

Great location. Great place to stay

We could not have picked a better location to stay for our week in Savannah. Located on one of the most beautiful streets in the US the apartment was absolutely spotless - one of the most thoroughly-cleaned places we've ever stayed. A full kitchen and a lovely sitting area were matched by a spacious bedroom and more-than-adequate bathroom. The location could not have been better - everything in the Historic District was no more than a fifteen-to-twenty minute walk away. One minute out the door was a lovely breakfast/brunch spot (Clary's) and the famous Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room was about a six minute walk away. We feel like we really lucked out with this place - it was everything we could have hoped for.

All aspects of booking, communications and check-in went extremely well with Southernbell Property Rentals. Got a great tip from Nikki about using Bounce which proved a valuable resource. The apartment is Stunning! Oh, so spacious, spotless and location is excellent. We loved being able to see the spires of St. John's Basilica from every room. Beautiful neighborhood. You really feel entrenched in Savannah's charms. Clary's was great! Walking right out the door for a really good breakfast and wonderful service was perfect. My husband loved the hash. Highlights. Champagne & a pop at the Grove rooftop bar, dinner at Cotton and Rye-Wow everything here, lunch at The Cotton Exchange, drinks at the Chophouse and an exquisite dinner at The Olde Pink House. A tour of Bonaventure Cemetery is a must and do not miss Rousakis Plaza Echo Square hiding in plain sight. X marks the spot...listen for your echo that only you can hear! Then ending the evenings in this stately apartment~fantastic!!!!

We love the convenience of our location and the view of the basilica from our windows. The communication was great, we knew when we could get in and how to do it. Southern Belle Savannah texted and checked to make sure we didn't need anything. We're already planning our next trip!

This rental is probably on the prettiest street in Savannah. And the property itself is beautiful. Walk to parks, restaurants, and bars. Easy check in and great communication from property managers. Would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our 2 night mini vacation. It was clean, safe, close to restaurants, and on the prettiest street in Savannah! We'll be back!

Great place for two petfect location tovwalk evetywhere.

This was a beautiful unit within a historic home in a quiet area. It is right across the street from Clary's restaurant--best stuffed french toast! It is tastefully decorated and the bed was comfy. Management checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything, which we didn't. Super easy check in and out. We walked along the street to several city squares and the area is breathtaking. We also walked all the way to River St. which was 1.2 miles and it didn't feel like it as there was so much to see along the way. The unit is equipped with everything you will need. Bed is comfy and we slept well after walking all day. There is another unit at the top floor next to it but we never heard the other tenants, just a dog bark a few times. The courtyard is cute too! There are stairs up to the front door and then inside to the unit which were easy to navigate. I loved the fact that there were hangers in the closet as often that is not the case. Highly recommend this unit!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The location was great as we could walk to most places and loved the decor and charm it had. Everything was a breeze.

Beautiful apartment in a historic building. Easy walk to most of Savannah’s attractions. Definitely felt immersed in history and culture, while providing a spacious, quiet retreat. There is a steep staircase to the apartment, if you have difficulty with stairs. Would love to return.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here this year. We had a fantastic time in Savannah, and the highlight was this apartment! It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was fairly walkable to the places we wanted to visit, or we drove or took an Uber otherwise. Everything was exactly as listed and more lovely than the pictures. We had a great stay at this property and we were able to walk most places. There is one parking spot and street parking. Full kitchen with all needs addressed. Quiet neighbourhood, cafe on the corner nearby. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay and a great location. Everything was comfortable. Kitchen had lots of plates and glasses. Two kitchen additions that would be good are a ladle and a blender. Would and will stay here again.
