Everything,it was a great nice gorgeous place,the staff no words to describe how they were helpful and kind,welcoming..Pay,Luck,Aew.. And i want to thank specially Pay for her patience with all of our orders and questions..she is a really great person..i wish that I could stay more

Location nice few minutes by car to porto de phuket (a very nice place) but other places a little far..but for us it was ok..and we wished that they have more options for breakfast..but the club sandwich was delicious 😋

We enjoyed our stay at villa Kyoto . Villa looks exactly as on the photo . Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Only thing to improve was a bathroom. There was no hook for a towels , always was a problem to think where to put used towels .

Beautiful design, amazing pool, deck chairs super great to lounge on. Clean and great value for money. Fantastic service from the staff.

Blinds are not that effective and morning light streams in, would suggest to add blackout curtains. Some room partitions are translucent so might note lack of privacy in some rooms

The villa's interior was designed beautifully. The staff is very friendly and security is taken into account as if it was hotel.

The turn to the villa is hidden from one side of the road.

Beautiful villas, comfortable beds, close to seven eleven, close to the beach (short bike ride), very helpful staff.

We liked everything, they only thing I can think of is having to pay for house keeping, but if you are staying for a week or longer, you just buy your own supplies from the seven eleven that's a 5min walk and you should be fine :)

private staff are very nice friendly and helpful.

- bamboo around the pool is not a good idea at all. the leave debris of the bamboo fall into the pool and it’s impossible to pick up with the pool leave skimmer. it’s just not nice to swim in the pool. - none of bathroom has the towel hook. when you are out of shower you have no where to hook your used towels. there is small short rail under the sink which is just enough to hand hand towels. - the blinds is a see through kind of wooden material and this is so annoying because when you sleep the light from outside, from other property or building shining through. it may look nice but it’s not practical.
