The customer service was good.

But some of the rooms amenities need to be replaced or upgraded. Bathroom sink was propped up with 2x4. AC/Heat unit’s face covering was broken, kept falling off. And door into the room seemed to have been kicked in previously. Had about 2 inch gap at the bottom, which allowed the COLD AIR to blow in from outside.

There was no breakfast. The room was convenient and quiet. I was able to cook for myself so I did not need to go out to eat. The refrigerator in my studio accommodations was just a little smaller than standard size and held all my needs.

I was in a room that needed a total renovation. The furniture was peeling; the ceiling in the bathroom was water logged and appeared to be moldy. There were cockroaches that came out in the evening. Sheets were changed once a week and towels were not changed at all. Apparently Hotel Policy states that new towels would only be given upon check-in.
