It looked nice, but was far from what it looked like outside on the inside.

It’s very dated. The normal accommodations aren’t included. The room was dirty, the bed sunken, and hair in the tub. Not worth the “premium king room” price. Far from it. We did enjoy our view of drug deals going on at the Jolly Inn adjacent to the Garden Inn.

Comfortable bed, good location, nice housekeeper.

Night desk clerk was short with me when I asked a question. Granite counter top was sticky to touch. Shampoo was empty.

Breakfast- some items potatoes. sausage cold. Direct TV in room did not work. Called front desk to inquire numerous times no answer.

No one told us you had to turn on the lights in order for the tv,phone and charger to work. The shower couldn’t be adjusted and was on massage so that was very annoying. Won’t stay in another Hilton.

I love the location and amenities available

I hated the lack of communication regarding cleaning the room. I feel if anyone has booked multiple days a clean room every day is expected. I notified housekeeping as I left that it was ok to enter assuming he was going to clean my room and changed sheets. When I arrive my assumptions were wrong. I immediately notified front desk and was told I had to tell them I wanted my room clean. No one told me at check in nor did the staff informed me as I was headed out the door. I noticed a sign at the bottom corner of the desk mirror with a note that states the hotel policy. It’s not a very noticeable place and guest should not have to ask. Everyday people should have a clean place and a fresh room. It’s not like the rate per day change and neither should your offer to provide a clean fresh room when the new day start. My menstrual cycle started overnight and I had an accident. I had to sleep in my soil sheets. I did not appreciate it at all. All the beautiful things I experienced at the hotel was over shattered by this. Put this in my note always if I every stay, “I will always want a cleaned room every day every time”
